  • ACP is a wonderful child focused preschool and community with recently improved facilities, involved parents and teachers. There are so many fun activities that the kids can choose from. My twins, who 4 weeks ago, only interacted with each other, have really opened up their imagination and openness to their new friends. Update 4 years later and they both made the ignite program in their school. I feel the extra years spent at ACP during the pandemic have truly helped in their social-emotional learning allowing them to succeed in the classroom today.

  • My daughter has attended here for 2 years. This school has an amazing play based learning style. My child has become more independent and loves telling me about new art and learning projects they focus on. Every month the school gets redecorated with a new theme. The coop park makes the children more like cousins than classmates. Highly recommend this program if you’re in the Rogers park/university area, or if you just pass by on your way to work.

  • My son has had a great experience at this school. I love the cooperative model and the parents that want to be actively involved in the development of their children. The play based teaching style is very appealing and progressive. Another bonus is they teach the children to be more independent, for example dressing themselves in winter gear, cleaning up their place after snack or lunch and putting away their toys. I also love that my son plays outside in a wooded play area every day twice a day. These little guys need to let that energy out, not just stay inside all day. Also, I heard some of the neighborhood schools are not licensed, which I would be concerned about if my son went there.

  • What a wonderful and unique experience to be part of the ACP community! The teachers are creative and caring. The parents contribute their talents to the school. My child loves attending school at ACP!

  • My daughter really loves going to ACP! On the days she isn't scheduled to go, she "plays" going to preschool. :) The teacher, Miss Eva, has a wonderful, gentle way with the children, and the other parents are great to work with. I'm definitely coming back in the fall! ACP has programs like Date Night for the families and has a Summer Park and Play group. It's a great environment for everybody!
