  • We have been using CCDC Lake Otis for childcare for nearly 3 years and have been completely happy with them. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. The owner and front desk folks are always kind, polite, welcoming, and helpful. There is some degree of turnover for the teachers but again they are never rude and I am always provided information about my children when I pick them up. They do great activities to celebrate all cultures and they teach your child, not just "babysit" them. My older child LOVES coming here and I believe they have been instrumental in how intellectually advanced she is for her age. My younger child is still a baby but she is always happy at drop off and pickup. They also have video cameras in all of the rooms and they are frequently if not constantly monitored. I have nothing bad to say but I'm also a pretty understanding person and not nit picky over small things.

  • Child Care can be scary, because you never know what goes on behind closed doors. The staff is very welcoming. My babies seem to love it and they have been attending for 6 months. If your looking for reliable care, you have found the right place :)

  • Was no satisfied by the owner when i called and complained about one of the staff members yelling at me and hung up on me, i told the owner and she laughed, they also gave my childs spot away without consulting me. Do not recommend especially if the staff acting out of character is found amusing.

  • This organization doesn't change diapers for children at all. When I pick up children, they are all poopo

  • We love having our daughter attend this school. She is just over 1 and is so happy to attend every day. It is apparent, even at her young age, how much she is learning at the school, from signs and songs with hand motions to a love of play, friendships, and story time. From the moment we walk in to the moment we leave every day she is greeted warmly by name by every caretaker/ employee that we see. The management has remodeled and decorated to create a warm, cheerful, bright and safe setting.
