My children have been going here for about 5 years now, very personable experience, where kids can be kids and have there own personalities and needs. As with any place, turn-over happens, any concerns need to be discussed timely and addressed openly, and Ms. D remains consistent about her open communication policy. My children love going to daycare, no concerns.
Adonia VanDeventerMay 21, 2026BEWARE: You use this daycare not because you want to but because its the only place available. Kids are minimally watched and taken care of at KGB its pretty bad for infants and toddlers. Palmer location is night and day compared to KGB (for some reason quality of care is completely different). Also for some reason they take random days off at KGB that does not correlate with national holidays or valley school closures. Today 10/13/25 was one of those days, no signs on door, no email notification, no communication from staff the day before. You have to go to work and expect to take child to daycare and you get there and its all locked up. No signs. Then your work day and schedule is ruined. Very unprofessional.
Larry HartleyOct 13, 2025I was just at lake Lucille park my kids, and Dee's little agels day care center was there on a field trip. The way the worker where yelling at the children it was horrendous! " your so selfish cody! Not everything is about you!" "This child and this child, arent talking back why are you"(i dont remeber the names on that one) Just two examples, it was horrible to hear. And left me feeling so angry please if you children gi here please make a complaint or change your child's daycare. Especially Cody's mom i heard him being lectured and yell at for a good 10 min Their where two workers there i think ones name was cyndy she was mostly the one yelling but the other one was also being snotty and complaining about the children. The whole ordeal left me so I angry I had to write a review
Jessica MartinsonAug 6, 2025Both my kids have been going here for 2 years now and I will keep them here as long as possible. The staff is friendly and the care is great. It’s nice to be able to bring my kids somewhere I can trust.
Charlie JohnsonNov 13, 2024I have a toddle girl in the wobblers room at the Bogard location. Her teacher Kayla has been so amazing to my little one and us as her parents. Everyday we pick her up we get a report and cute little art work she did. Sometimes we’ll get cute picture’s texted from her teacher of our girl having a good toddle time. Somehow she manages to get her to always take a nap and we show up and she always in perfect baby condition. I worked a job for a long time that let me bring her to work with me and when I transitioned my husband and I didn’t know what it would be like but this facility has put every nerve at ease. I have total trust in the facility keeping her safe and when I drop her off I know my girl will always be treated kindly and cared for. 10 out of 10 for me. 👍
