  * updated review * Prefacing this with the fact that I am a mom who once had my home daycare license And operated my own home based childcare facility prior to my divorce so I have high expectations and I’m very nitpicky. The staff is on their phones a lot. I’ve seen staff outside with their cellphones in their hands sitting there not engaging with the children… Walked in today on them giving my child attitude about cleaning up, and as soon as they saw me, flipped the switch and was super nice and kind. my child is autistic and does not know how to clean up. That is something that we are still teaching her and have been teaching her for a year. Children should not be met with disrespect and attitude when they don’t know how to do a certain task they should be met with respect and teaching and patience because they’re not born knowing everything. this is our SECOND day… why is my child being met with disrespect and attitude by her ABA person on her second day? Got my pickup notes, only given fruit goldfish and the other misc snacks i provided, not the sandwich nor the healthy meal was offered. It states “none of the sandwich” but i know my child enough to know that it wasn’t offered. The sandwich was completely unscathed. If it was actually given to her there would be a small tiny bite taken out (she bites her food and spits it out instead of saying no) or it would be ripped apart, finger marks smashed into it etc but it was completely untouched as if it was freshly made. 0 note about the meal at all… not offered not touched not even looked at… (it chopped steak with a green bean bell pepper and onion sautee as well as mashed potatoes, she would SLAM those green beans and potato’s because ms girl loves her veggies) Also when i came in, i provided PediaSure and specifically told them to only use it if she does not eat because it is not a meal replacement. It is a meal supplement. They stated she drank the whole thing and put water in the bottle it was in because they couldn’t find her water bottle Even after I stated that it was the exact same water bottle as I provided the PediaSure in except it was a plastic clear version and not a thermal metal version same design same color etc. Her water bottle was sitting right next to all of the other kids water bottles. All I had to do was glance at it And immediately saw her water bottle. That shows a lack of effort from the team, which is terrifying. *original review* The pace is just…. dirty…. the carpets look like they don’t even get vacuumed at the bare minimum…

  Started here when my boy was a baby. We love the teachers and the administrators. Great learning philosophy. He is in preschool now and has really developed his social and emotional skills. Great with family communication too.
