  My daughter went there for several months. While she was potty training. During which time the teachers and owner refused to keep her in underwear and kept changing her into a diaper. There was also times where she came home with other children's clothes instead of her own or ones that we had sent and uh one time where she came home after having diarrhea and being in a diaper, all day with poop on her. They would have our two year old daughter go to the bathroom without a teacher and wondered why she had accidents. The owner claimed her thirty years of experience when asked about these issues and would talk over my wife and interupt her constantly. When asked multiple times not to put our child into a diaper, they finally advised that it was our problem and that we were difficult parents. There was never any updates in brightwell, as to her having diarrhea or any other issues while she was there. I would not send any child there. Would give negative stars if I could.

  I have had 3 boys attend Klondike and all loved going here. One still there and he is in preschool age. They do activities all the time, arts and craft, had the firefighters, dentists, and police come this week to teach safety and health. Teachers are all friendly and professional. I truly trust them with my kids and have for the past 4years.

  We have used Klondike kids now for our 3 littles ranging from 6 months-5 years for 3 years. The service and kindness of staff and admins have been excellent. For 2 medical professionals this place was a Godsent, staff are approachable, easy to work with, and treat your babies like their own. Kk you will be missed!
