  • I would never recommend this daycare to any parent who truly cares about their child’s well-being. They refused to let my child in just two minutes after their 10 a.m. policy — no understanding, no compassion, nothing. On top of that, they rarely seem to feed my child properly, and every time I walk in, the whole place smells like dirty, hot diapers. It’s honestly disgusting. What’s even worse is that the staff always seem unorganized — half the time, they don’t even seem to know exactly where my child is or what they’re doing. That’s terrifying for a parent. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and caring environment for your child, stay far away from Northernlights Daycare.

  • One of the best preschool center my kids have ever went to. They were always so miserable other places. It took them little time but they absolutely love the teachers and coming to preschool now. Thank you for all you do staff at northern lights preschool :-)

  • My daughter has been attending here for a few months now. When she started she was delayed in talking but now has started communicating so much from the interaction there. They are extremely patient and kind with her and have been so good at potty training. Shocked about the negative reviews because the teachers are great there. She’s always coming home with arts and crafts, and I’ve walked in to the teachers reading and interacting with them. They also have cameras in all the rooms which makes me feel so much more comfortable. Another bonus is they’re also very clean and consistently open

  • Staff are friendly and nice and very outgoing, my kids go here and they both love to come to school, I have had trust issues with having my kids go to daycare, at first it was rough but they came around and just loved their teachers and going to daycare, Everyday when my kids are picked up the first thing (besides hi dad or mom) my daughter would say is “I like my teacher”, she would sing, count and dance to show what she learned and did at school, our son has progressed a whole with writing his name and coloring and how he cuts paper and uses scissors. I am happy they are here at Northernlights preschool because my kids are happy with going here. I rated 5 stars because my kids are happy here and they love coming school and love their teachers.

  • I couldn't take my child out of there soon enough. Not sure if they ever fed him at all because he would always come home and eat. The past few months their entire staff changed except for the administration. The past month my child has told me repeatedly that a teacher had smacked and/or spanked him. I've confronted them and they said no teacher said anything. Received numerous pictures of my child looking completely terrified. I've reported them to the state. DO NOT send your child here.

  • My son’s been going to this daycare since he was 2 and he’s now 7. The staff are super nice and caring. Miss Sue, the owner, has a huge heart, and she cares for all the kids there. They were extra helpful during the school closure due to the covid pandemic. All the staff worked hard to ensure their school age kids were attending there zoom classes. Also, their tuition is very reasonable especially with them providing breakfasts and lunches along with lots of snacks for the kids. The meals are not some regular cafeteria meals, they’re actually pretty great food.
