  The teacher that was with my daughter when the kids went swimming forgot how to swim so she decided to not watch the kids so she could practice swimming meanwhile my daughter almost drowned she inhale water 3 times and the daycare tried to cover it up and didn't tell me anything my daughter had to tell me everything i just said not to mention all the times my kids came home crying with cracked and bleeding hands because they make the kids wash there hands 50 times a day and are to cheap to provide lotion

  Loved this place so much! Our son thrived the minute we started. He was coming home and actually telling us what he learned that day instead of the previous "I don't know". He adored Ms Robbyn and she was so great at communicating with us parents. We also were hardly ever sick! That is HUGE! I watched staff always cleaning at pick up and it is paying off. I hated we moved!!! Can not recommend this place enough!! Seriously the best.

  We were so eager to have the opportunity to enroll our son into Rising Star. The reviews appeared wonderful, during our walk thru everything sounded amazing. The facility was very clean! A few things that were disappointing. We were told what day our son could start, in the middle of the month. We had to pay the daily rate which was $60 less than what we would be paying for the monthly cost. We were not given an option to start him the first of the month to avoid two months of cost within 2 weeks of enrollment. On top of that. If a daily rate is to be charged. It's a daily rate of attendance, you would think anyhow. Instead our son was out sick for two days and when asked if we could be refunded for those two days. The staff that I myself spoke with was rude and declined the refund. My wife had a more pleasant experience with a different staff member. Our son attends 8-9 hours a day and we have yet to meet his primary teacher, who is not there for drop off time or pick up time. However, our overall review so far in the two weeks that our son has been attending is slightly disappointing. We are hoping that this was just a hiccup in a new place and that going forward will be more positive. This review is no means bashing the facility. Just sharing our frustrations to let others be more aware if their kiddo enrolls here to be more aware of the billing. We were blindsided by the daily rate charge due the first day. So, please ask more questions. We had asked and they did not have an answer at the time and said it would be on our account on day 1.
