  • Love the infant teachers! Even with a lot of other babies it feels like they know my baby personally and are very aware of how he is doing and will let me know if something is off. Front desk staff is extremely friendly and approachable. Hailey always answers the phone pleasantly and is more than willing to help with any and all questions I’ve had. I have never left or entered the site without being greeted. Everyone I’ve encountered has been very pleasant.

  • Out of caution for my safety and my kids, I kept all names out of this review. I have been patiently waiting to review this place. Before I share the concerns, I have to express my gratitude to the teachers who were patient with my children, especially my son, which yall understood that his medical diagnosis was uncontrollable sometimes, but not once did you ever make me feel horrible or him and I need yall to know how much I appreciate yall. Now, for the ones who made the last year an absolute nightmare... to the people who ignored my son when he said good morning and he asked me why and I would say they are busy, though now I wish I didn't lie and I should have said they aren't worth your kindness, I hope you never do that to another kid... to the one provider who tripped my son with a broom on purpose, then picked him up by one arm, I hope you never do that to another kid since you're still there. Or the person who purposely fed my son last, I have no idea who you were, or what happened, but I hope that you aren't there anymore. To the people who had nothing but bad things to say about my kid every single day, I hope one day you learn more about ADHD and remember that though I was no longer affiliated with the military that my son is and shouldn't have been treated differently because truthfully, after the divorce, that's when things really changed. You will never understand what it was like trying to explain to my son why he got sent home for throwing a toy at a kids face but when the same thing happened to him, that kid stayed and no one cared to tell me but he did... Or to tell my son that those kids that are saying he is a bad kid is NOT TRUE. You are a good kid. Or to understand that I had to medicate my son on multiple medications that altered who he is to make sure you guys were good to go, but then complained when he responded negatively as if we were going to figure it out right away. His doctor and I are very thankful that he is no longer there and know that he is thriving with people who understand and support him and of course not everyone mistreated my son and those people, I truly hope you know how much you helped me as I had to soak in everything that was going on. To those wondering why I was always frustrated coming there it was because this is the place where I heard how awful my son was when in reality he is a good kid in a bad environment who constantly heard that... anytime I said 'I appreciate you', which wasn't often, but when it was, it was because I truly did. The worse thing is, I found a book in my sons cubby once and the teachers were writing all of the bad things he did and of course I read it. When I questioned why they had this negative book about my 3 year old (at the time), I was told it was so they could share it with all new staff so then they'd have this expectation of my son. I never saw it again. There wasn't a single good thing in this book. The teacher who wrote in this book also happened to be the one who tripped him with a broom and picked up him from his arm like a monkey. I know my son can be a lot. I know he wasn't the easiest kid to watch. BUT he is MY kid and I should have defended him harder, especially more than ever as I'm writing how the last year has been... it's a joke. I do NOT need a follow up. I do NOT care to have a conversation with anyone regarding the center. My only warning to other parents is, if you divorce, leave the center, especially if you're not military affiliated, if your child has some disability that they're unfamiliar with, ADHD to be specific, leave. Maybe more training will be provided. Maybe the ones who really cared will not see me in a negative manner because I can't thank you guys enough for being supportive and seeing the pain in my eyes every single time someone said something bad about my boy. Thanks for listening to my sons experience. I wish you the best.
