  • We have been apart of the Kindercare family since January 2024. We absolutely love the staff and the teachers. Our daughter has grown and flourished so much, and the teachers take a genuine interest in her development. It's hard selecting a place that you can trust, but from the moment we stepped into Bradford Kindercare, we felt right at home.

  • As a parent, I am extremely disappointed with the current leadership at Bradford KinderCare. Communication is practically nonexistent — we’re paying a significant amount of money, yet we can’t get timely responses from the director or updates from the staff. The constant staff turnover is deeply concerning. Children are frequently shuffled from room to room, and I often don’t even know where to drop off my child in the morning. Younger kids are being placed with much older children, and my child is now terrified to come to school. The understaffing is clearly creating a chaotic and unstable environment, which is stressful for both the kids and their families. To make matters worse, the director has been consistently rude and unapproachable. It’s clear that staff morale is low, and it’s directly affecting the quality of care. If I could give zero stars, I would. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this center to other families.

  • My child has been enrolled here now for four months and we love it! My son has some behavioral issues and they have taken the time to help and work with him. They've been so understanding and have truly gone above and beyond to help us support and get him ready for big school. I couldn't be more happy with our decision to enroll at Bradford Kindercare, my son is happy and is now doing great at school. The staff and director here have been true blessings to our family and I will always be thankful for their support in what was such a stressful time for us!

  • We couldn't be happier here. I've had one kid go through this center that is now in elementary school. She looks forward to coming back for summer camp here each summer. Our other kid is currently in one of the preschool classes here and she absolutely loves her teachers. There have been several times when I've picked her up in the afternoon and she doesn't want to leave because she wants to stay with her teacher, Ms. Mikayla. My daughter once saw Ms. Mikayla leaving in her car one day and she broke down crying because she didn't want her to go. Some mornings, before all of the teachers have gotten there and the center isn't quite full yet, I'll drop my daughter off in a different classroom with one of the other teachers. My daughter was NOT having a good morning the other day (the kind where you just let them wear their pajamas all day because they refuse to change...) and was being extra clingy. I thought she was going to throw a fit and cling to my leg when I realized I had to take her to the classroom two levels up from hers. But, instead, as soon as I opened the classroom door and she saw Ms. A, she immediately let go of me and walked straight over to Ms. A and snuggle up into her side. 💗 The staff here truly care about the kids, and they do a fantastic job teaching and entertaining the kids all day. They do so many fun activities together. I can tell my daughter feels safe and loved here, and I couldn't be more thankful for the team at this location.

  • The director at this location (Bradford) is clearly uninterested in her job. This use to be a great center but not so much anymore. The leadership is poor. There is a lack of communication with parents, inconsistent enforcement of rules, unaddressed safety concerns, lack of educational programming, dismissive attitude towards parent concerns, poor staff training, and a general lack of organization and cleanliness within the facility. The food the kids are served is a joke. My child consistently returns home starving. The teachers are not consistent with updating the app. The center lost their state licensure in December 2024 and notified parents on a Friday evening they’d no longer be able to operate full time hours, leaving parents inconvenienced and having to scramble to find an alternative. Once the license was back reinstated nearly a month later, neither the director or the district manager bothered to contact the same parents offering any updates or attempts to redeem the reputation of the facility. If you don’t have a passion for childcare or competent enough to have basic customer service and leadership skills needed to run a childcare facility in the heart of Huntsville (Research Park), please move on and allow someone else to occupy that space.
