Horrible staff and communication. Do not recommend!

Very very unprofessional. If front desk isn’t even able to have communication with their staff I can only imagine how it is with the kids they work with. I called about 3 weeks ago asking if I could schedule a tour because I’m trying to find a daycare for my daughter. The lady I spoke to ( who I now regret not asking for her name but she is the assistant ) told me there was no need to schedule a tour, I could come at any time of the day. That same day, I arrive in the afternoon planning to see the daycare and another lady ( once again didn’t get her name but she was the head of the infant center ) told me the assistant told me wrong. That I couldn’t just come at anytime. Okay so we schedule a set date & time for me to tour. Today 03/12/25 is the day we agreed on. I had forgotten what time we had scheduled it so I call in the morning and Robin answered the phone, I explained to her I had an appointment to tour but forgot the time and she clearly told me that there were no such things as making appointments and I could come at whatever time. So me & my husband both decide to take some time off of work to arrive at the daycare at 12:30pm. We arrive and a lady at the front desk says my appointment isn’t until 2:30pm. Now why is there 3 different employees telling me 3 different things?? Two times I have had to take time off of work to drive to the daycare for me to just waste my time. Very unprofessional. Please communicate with your staff so you don’t waste the time of parents who are seeking to place their kids at this daycare. I have never written a bad review in my life, but this is just crazy. Very frustrating.
