  • Me and my friends visited on Sunday morning while we were on vacation. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and inviting. The pastor preached out of the bible in the book of John. I would recommend this church to people looking for a church home & visiting the area. Thank you for having us.

  • Really do love this church. Have gotten to spend time at this church the last two years and haven’t wanted to go anywhere else. This church preaches from the Bible, encourages godly fellowship, and has some of the best worship before and after the services of any church I’ve been to. Truly is a great church!

  • Church at the Shores is so welcoming and a church based on such Biblical principles. It has been a privilege to attend church there and get to know the community. The messages truly touch my heart each week and help me to point my eyes more towards God in the midst of a busy schedule.

  • We visited Church at the Shores shortly after moving to Alabama. It was on our list of several churches we wanted to check out and visit. We instantly felt at home! We had the pleasure of meeting Pastor Shawn about a minute after walking in the door for the first time and, after chatting for a bit, he started connecting us with others. He is not just a gifted preacher… he is a gifted *pastor*… He prays for us and challenges/encourages us all every Sunday. I genuinely look forward to hearing from him each week. It really feels like a church family with the main focus being helping people take their next step in their walk with Jesus. There are small groups for all stages of life. A really talented praise team that leads us in worship each week. Our girls love the Sunday school. And lots of fun events to attend. If you’re new to the area, I certainly recommend checking out Church at the Shores! We’ll save you a seat!

  • Since moving here recently, finding this church has been one of our families greatest blessings! We’re so thankful for the welcoming people, the excellent preaching of God’s Word, the wonderful worship music and even the beautiful church building itself. This is a place where Jesus is clearly at the center and we’re glad to be a part of a church that has joyfully and lovingly made us feel at home.
