I highly recommend people be planted in this church. I was so welcomed by the people from CLF when I came to the US as an exchange student. They treated me like family and would always be there to help me with many things. Pastor Mark is one of the most beautiful souls God has allowed me to meet in person during my time in Alabama. He showed me the true meaning of Jesus' love through his kind support and prayers🫶😇

I moved to Calera a year ago. I am a member of a church outside Calera. I drive by this church on my way to my daughter’s house quite often. I made a mental note to visit this church and I did so today. There were a couple of church members greeting people as they walked in. I noted they greeted several people by name as they walked in. I was greeted but no questions were asked such as, “Was this my first time visiting?” I was not approached or spoken to by any church congregant although I did speak to a few. The pastor did not ask if there were any visitors present. The sermon was adequate and the pastor spoke of a Christian book he had self published. After the sermon was over and I left, again no one approached me or acknowledged my visit. I came to obvious conclusions. I will continue to attend my church with much more gratitude and appreciation from this point forward.

Awesome place of worship full of people genuinely seeking and following Jesus! Great leadership, very welcoming, classes for little kids Sunday mornings and classes for teens and littles and adults Wednesday nights. Lots to do to be involved.

I Love this Church it was fabulous the spirit was moving .. Brother Mark is a wonderful Pastor .. This place hasn't been open but two weeks and they already got a children's class for all ages..

The congregation and pastor are great. They understand that people aren't perfect and are there because they are in need of spiritual renewal, growth and nuture. If you are looking for honest guidance this is the place to go.
