  • Do NOT send your child here, if I could rate 0 stars i would!!!! My nephew went here and it was awful. He was there for a little over a year or so and he would come home with hand and finger shaped BRUISES all over him. He also turned very violent while he was there. He would hit, bite, scratch, kick, you name it and he probably did it. But it was only when he would come home from daycare. Not on weekends when he was only at home, so obviously he learned it there, which is weird for any daycare and especially a "Christian" daycare. Also they would let him sit in a soiled diaper and send him home in it too. Sometimes they wouldn't change him all day. Since moving daycares he has not had any violent outbursts and just seems happier in general. Please if you care about your kid at all, do NOT send them here.

  • I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this daycare. For months, I was called once or twice a week to pick up my daughter because they claimed she had a fever or diarrhea. She has a diagnosed milk protein allergy, which we provided multiple doctor’s notes for—including notes clearly stating she was not sick and did not have a fever. Despite this, they repeatedly refused to allow her to return, even with medical documentation. This constant disruption severely impacted our family. My husband ultimately lost his job due to the frequent absences required, and I received a write-up at my own job. The daycare still required us to pay full tuition, even though my daughter only attended one or two days each week because they kept sending her home. The situation ended with them dismissing us entirely after I calmly explained the strain this was putting on our jobs. This happened immediately after I provided yet another doctor’s note and photo proof showing that my daughter did not have a fever just 10 minutes after they claimed she did. Overall, I would not recommend this daycare to any parent—especially those with children who have medical sensitivities or allergies. The lack of communication, unwillingness to follow medical documentation, and disregard for the impact on families was incredibly disappointing.

  • My grand children enjoy it here. I can tell a difference between this day care and some from the past by seeing that they are happy and don't seem stressed at the end of the day.

  • My little baby grandson Carter has been going here for going on 2yrs, I was very nervous the first day I took him, he had not been around kids his age before so I didn’t know How he was going to take to me leaving him with some strangers, I was shocked!! He has loved it there since day 1 and still does to this day, he runs inside every day. Runs straight to his class room every morning and even reaches his hands out for his wonderful teacher to take him from me so he can start his day. My grandson is nonverbal autistic, so all of that plus so much more,, is a very big deal for him and myself. Higher highs is a wonderful place for children to learn, build friendships and to help them socially. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Carter loves everyone there and they love him.

  • I prayed for a great christian based day care for a long time for my two girls and the Lord answered my prayers when I found this school! These woman are great with each child and I can tell they really care about what they do. I feel at peace every time I drop them off! They have so much patience and we are truly blessed to have them. I had to work a lot last week and 2 days before they wore their Halloween t shirts told me my girls needed one and they offered to get them for my girls with such good hearts. I nearly cried at the fact they offered and followed through. This school is the real deal! God bless each and every person that works there!

  • Our kids have been going for almost 6 months. My wife and I have been very pleased. Safety: the doors are locked. You either have to be buzzed in or you can use a key fob to scan in. They have a gate by the entrance to help prevent kids from running into the parking lot. They have cameras. Clean: they are always cleaning. When we pick our kids up we see them cleaning and sometimes can even smell the scent of the supplies. Staff: very friendly. Our kids love their teachers. It’s evident the staff love the kids too. My only complaint —my kids love their teachers more than me. I was okay with being second to mom. But now I’m less loved than their teachers. I guess that’s the trade off for a great daycare. Food: they have meal planning posted. Each meal has nutrition value. Communication: they use Procare. We get email and text updates. Payment is easy too. We love the auto draft payments. Other: the indoor play place is very nice. My kids are monkeys all over it. The rooms are divided by age. Our kids are obviously being taught age appropriate subjects. It’s not overly “book” with the right amount of play focused learning. I’ve seen several daycares. We’re very blessed to have gotten in.
