  • I’m sorry for your experience and apologize if feelings were hurt. When you called you only asked if you had the correct door and where to park. I explained both to you and then you told me their was a car (a parent dropping kids off) in the way, so I asked you to give them a minute and you would be able to back up to the door. When we tried to get out the door to get to the groceries we were unable to because you had blocked the exit. This a safety concern for the children in our care when a exit to the building has been blocked. If we can help explain why this was so upsetting any further please feel free to reach out and we will give you our rules and regulations so you can see why we didn’t tell you to block the door.

  • Delivered groceries here earlier today and was told to put them in front of the door. A lady came out and yelled at us for no reason and acted very unprofessionally. Sorry excuse of a daycare
