  We absolutely love Casa Castillo Kensington. Every single teacher we have had has made it easy for us to leave them while we go to work. Anaid has been magic for our oldest, her language has exploded. I know she is having so much fun exploring and learning. Ariana is the sweetest & most caring soul who I makes our youngest feel loved and safe. Finding Kensington has been such a blessing to our family.

  I often refrain from writing bad reviews, but it’s been a couple of years and I wanted to share my experience to help other parents make their own decision especially when it comes to the safety and well being of their children in what is supposed to be a safe and nurturing environment. I had a really bad experience during a tour in Casa Castillo. As I was stepping out of my car excited for the starring reviews across all platforms, and the bilingual childcare, my husband and I were floored at the yells and screams from the 3 year old classroom teacher to these kids. They were in the playground, I could see the kids from the parking lot. Our jaws dropped and our hearts were broken for these kids. There was shaming, screaming from the top of her lungs and the kiddos were not even 5 ft away from her. It lasted a good minute. When we addressed this to the owner during the tour, her answer was : “Ms________ has been with us for over ___ years. She’s very experienced and handles her classroom exceptionally. I understand if we are not a good fit for you” No accountability and a complete brushing off. We left after that conversation, as we did not feel safe leaving our son in that environment.

  I help my daughter with the kids taking them to and from the school and I just love this preschool/daycare so much. The staff is always so friendly and loving to the kids, and babies and even the parents and grandparents. They truly make you feel like you are leaving your kids with family. They address things quickly and in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone. I appreciate them and all they do for our family.

  We love Casa Castillo Kensington! All 3 of my kids have attended and my oldest 2 are/were well prepared for Kindergarten. Plus the teachers genuinely love the kids and treat them like their own. My children have formed strong bonds with their teachers.

  Both of our kids have gone to Casa Castillo Kensington and we have absolutely loved the experience! Our youngest is about to graduate out and we will greatly miss it. Ms. Stacey and Ms. Vicky have been fantastic to him. He loves “school” and has learned so much, including Spanish but not limited to, and loves his Casa family. He’s been setup well to succeed in Kindergarten.

  We love Casa Castillo! They have such amazing staff! Ms. Stacey, Ms. Vicky, Ms. Tati and all the amazing teachers of the Leones, Patitos, and Mariposas classrooms. They always treat my kiddos like family, we can always feel the love. We are very picky about the care our children receive and we have never been happier than at Casa Castillo Kensington!
