  I would not recommend this childcare center based on my experience. From the beginning, the environment felt unwelcoming and not very friendly. My biggest concerns, however, were related to both staff behavior and safety. During one visit, a staff member made a racially inappropriate comment about my child while his father was still in the building. This was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable. I also experienced a serious safety issue. On one occasion, the front door was not secure, and my child was able to run out of the building while I was still sitting outside in my car. That situation alone raised major concerns about supervision and security. When I brought these issues to the owner, I did not feel that accountability was taken or that appropriate action was addressed. I also personally witnessed the owner handle my child in a way that made me uncomfortable when he was brought back inside. Because of these experiences, I no longer feel confident in this center’s ability to provide a safe, respectful, and caring environment for children.

  My 9 month old daughter has been attending here for nearly 5 months. We absolutely love it at Kids Town Academy. The owner and teachers are so kind, friendly, and attentive. Any time an approved family member has picked up my child the director has made sure to check their ID and document who picked her up. My child is always clean, happy, and put together when I pick her up. I am so grateful for Kids Town Academy.

  I searched all over looking for the right daycare for my child, after one of my coworkers recommended kids town academy I checked it out and have been taking my three year old for a while now. Worth it. Cost varies based on age of child, you have to bring child’s lunch and provide diapers change of clothes etc. You bring one crib sheet and blanket for the child to nap on and bring it home every Friday to wash it. I was hesitate at first about the lunches but i know exactly how much she eats each day based on what comes back and I can put things she will eat. I highly recommend this daycare. My child also learned how to spell and write her name here.
