Staff who genuinely care about the families, and who work hard every day!
Bailey GouldMar 24, 2026It became clear to me after a year there that teachers were overwhelmed and expected to function not only as educators, but also as chefs, decorators, and janitors, which likely contributed to the lack of emotional support and follow-through. When concerns were raised, administration deflected responsibility instead of addressing them. Communication was inconsistent, and it felt like the goal was to avoid problems rather than solve them. I would not recommend this school to families who value emotional care and transparency.

The staff is wonderful and truly loves the kiddos they work with which brings my mama heart so much relief while I am working. He has learned so much and will be ready for kindergarten before I know it—all of the credit to LEMS staff.
