Caring teachers and staff, exceptionally clean
Brian YoungJul 8, 2026This facility refuses to communicate with me about my daughter because my ex-husband works for Walmart, so they’ve stated they have to favor him. I’ve filed a complaint with the DHS after requesting information multiple times and being told no, ignored, and hung up on.
Shela WardJul 3, 2026Waitlist can be an issue because space is limited, but that is not unique to this particular school and really speaks to how much demand there is for high quality early child care and education in our area. Our child has been attending for almost a year now and we have been extremely pleased with everything this school provides and the staff that works here. They are excellent at communicating with parents about anything and everything related to their children. While drop offs always have the potential to be an emotional time for young kids, more often than not you can see the excitement in their faces when they get to see their teachers and friends and I think that says more than anything else I could say. I would highly recommend this school to any Associates looking for an early education/childcare center for their little ones. It's worth the wait.
Seth KingeryApr 20, 2026No communication. Repeated documentation by them of them feeding my daughter meat when they informed us she would receive vegan meals. Comes home constantly hurt (scratches/bruises) and teachers staff have no information on how it happens. + many more
Gina JainFeb 23, 2026Very bad customer experience. I did register my kid here and am waiting since past 13 months to get him on list. There is no insight into how they prioritize kids being on the list and there is no ownership and responsibility of this daycare to do the right thing. As a customer all we get 1 email update every month which always mention that waitlist time period has increased again by not just 1 or 2 months but 6+ months. I hope they provide better insight into exact waitlist time periods
