  We have LOVED our experience at The Giving Tree. Ms. Brandy and her team all are amazing and create an atmosphere that is safe, nurturing, and enriching. Our son only goes twice a week and has grown immensely since the start of the year. The amount of time they spend outside playing and learning has been so beneficial for our son! You can tell Ms. Brandy and her team truly care about each kiddo and their learning. I would absolutely recommend any one to The Giving Tree and only wish we would have started our son there sooner!

  We have had both of our children at TGT now for a combined 5 years and cannot say enough good things about the director and the way she runs the school! Amazing staff who are willing to work with each child as needed, my little guy came out so prepared for kindergarten! And that's saying a lot - he's a handful! Play based learning has been a godsend for our family!

  The Giving Tree has been a dream come true find for our family. We moved to Bentonville mid school year from San Diego where my kid had attended an outdoor preschool and we struggled with the school transition. On a last ditch effort I googled “outdoor schools” and this one came up, as they spend so much learning & play time outside. We jumped at the part time opening they had available. Not only did my kid love it, we fell in love with Brandy (the director) and the whole program (and signed up for full time the following year!). Our kid has thrived, made amazing friendships, and adores his teachers. In our opinion it’s easily *the best* preschool program in the area!!! We’re only sad to have to leave it for kindy! 🥲

  We love The Giving Tree! Both of my boys thrive here. They get so much outside time and are encouraged to get dirty, climb, build and be creative. I also really appreciate the mixed age setting - they are only divided up for learning activities. Highly recommend, and sad we didn’t know about this place sooner for our oldest.

  We did not have a good experience with this school. My son was so excited to start school, and as his parent I was excited for him. After him being there for only 4 hours, it was decided that my son was going to be dismissed from the school. The reason for dismissal was because my son struggled with being verbally redirected, tried to open doors, knocked over trash cans, and was attempting to flip over tables. I agree that these behaviors are challenging & concerning. But I don’t feel it was reason for dismissal after only 4 hours on his first day. It could have likely been resolved & problem solved if they were willing to get to know him, but they weren’t so he was just dismissed instead. They didn’t even give him a chance to adjust or attempt to get to know him in order to help him with the adjustment. If your kiddo has any type of challenging behaviors, struggles to adjust in new situations, tests boundaries in new situations, or needs physical redirection, this school likely isn’t the right fit for you.

  Two of our kids have graduated from The Giving Tree and we have one more about to start her last year before she graduates and goes to Kindergarten. I cannot recommend The Giving Tree enough, the teachers truly care about all of the kids! So thankful for such a safe learning environment for my babies!
