Ark of Learning

Transitioning with my child was difficult, but the amazing staff with Arc were willing to help and kept their patience. I was able to obtain amazing resources for my child through the guidance of Mrs. Johanna. My child has made amazing progress over the last few months. I am so grateful to have found their center.

Ark of Learning is an amazing place for children. The staff is incredibly caring, patient, and professional, and they truly make every child feel safe and valued. The learning environment is warm, well organized, and focused on both academic and emotional development. Communication with families is excellent, and you can really see how much they care about each child’s growth. Highly recommended!

I am giving a one-star due to fraud. My daughter was set to start early this month. However they didn't disclose in our initial meeting that they bill for days they are closed directly to the parent. I learned of this after paying the deposit and prior to filling out the contract. As soon as I found this out I spoke to my partner and we decided not to have our daughter attend because that is greed and he works very hard for his money to provide. So we called DES and had it switched back to the daycare she currently attends. They immediately authorized for her to return to her daycare. Ark of learning tried to build Des three times and take advantage of the five absent days even though we told them she would not be attending. Resulting in my daughter's daycare not being able to be paid in us having to pay out of pocket for her to continue until it was resolved. I called and spoke with Joanne I believe it was, who denied billing. And said she's not allowed to. Although she wasn't allowed to she definitely did and I have the proof that she did. I sent her that proof that they tried to bill for $284, and she tried to deceive me by sending a recent account screenshot that showed the balance was at zero. I'm not stupid, and I was immediately aware that she sent me a screenshot that was almost a month later. So they already received the money. Des called and verified that they paid Arc of learning so now I am responsible for paying for so many days at her daycare she attends because they committed fraud, and Arc of learning marked her as attending. They are not able to take advantage of the five absence days unless the child attends one day, which my child did not. Also they shown they were guilty because they started freaking out and calling me after I blocked them. So now in the process of reporting fraud. This will be reported to des, the governor's office and everywhere else I can report to. Be aware. I'm sure that the curriculum is great at the school but that is extremely shady and fraudulent what they did. And they know it was because they themselves tried to lie about doing it.

Both of my kids are attending Ark couldn't have had another way! Best school for them they have learn so much. My kids love coming. Staff is always the best. I recommend Ark!

Ark of Learning has been great to my son, he loves his teacher and friends. The staff and teachers communicate daily with parents. Ms. Guadalupe is wonderful teacher and as well as all of their other teachers and staff.
