⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! I’ve had two kids at Bright Horizons Downtown for over a year now, and I’ve trusted them since my baby was just 6 weeks old. I’ve experienced both the infant room and the toddler room, and I can honestly say I’ve had zero complaints. Jennifer is amazing—so friendly and welcoming—and Lina and all of the caregivers are just incredible. Every single person there is professional, loving, and truly cares about the kids. You can tell they hold themselves to a very high standard. I trust them completely with my children’s lives. That kind of peace of mind is priceless. Honestly, I don’t even love my job, but I stay because I don’t want to switch daycares—that’s how much I value this place. I would never go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!

Everyone is so friendly and caring, from the admin staff to the teachers. I love that I receive pictures throughout the day, it really eases my mom guilt.
GiselleMar 17, 2026We’ve been going to BH Downtown Phoenix for 4 years. I’ve had my share of experiences at other daycares and it’s not always the right fit, that is until we came to Bright Horizons. I mean this when I say the teachers are amazing AND long term employees, I’m talking 10+ years which says a lot. The communication is top notch and if I have a question or an issue that needs addressed they quickly provide a solution and feedback. My daughter has really come into her own here and when it’s time for drop off, she gets excited and runs into the center. As a mom that says a lot and I know she’s safe. I also appreciate they provide breakfast, lunch and snack—this really helps feel the mornings less rushed! We will continue to be here for as long as we can. Thank you Bright Horizons family!! We adore you!

Our daughter was 7 months old when we joined the Bright Horizon family and she is now 4 years old. We are very much pleased with her development and progress up to this point. She enjoys her time at Bright Horizon and we truly believe it was the best decision to join this wonderful family.
