As a family we had the most horrible experience with this Cuctas preschool. The front desk has the most horrible people i have ever seen. They give you attitude in front of kids and teachers. They only care about money and after you paid they make all excuses to send your kid home. They expelled my 3 year old daughter for wetting the bed, why do accept toddlers if you can’t take care of them, they make toddlers sleep from 11am to 2pm and expect them not to wet bed, it’s a shame, what care are they claiming. What hurt me most is to find my 3 year the same classroom with bigger kids 4,5,6,7,8,9 and some girls who looked like teenagers, and they also left kids in care of other kids, several time you drop or pickup your child and there’s no teacher in the classroom only bigger kids or some times other kids parents are the ones in the classroom because when my husband asked one of them if she was a teacher she said no, am just a parent💁 They used wetting the bed as an excuse to expel my baby but i know it wasn’t true, it’s because my baby kept complaining she got hit by bigger kids and we brought it to the schools attention. My child came home with a bruise on her forehead and they said she fell while playing and who knows because they are under the care of other kids and another time on the leg that was never explained. Please be careful taking your kids in this school, friends can give good reviews but the story is different. If it come to learning, my child did not learn anything from that school the time she was there, she only learned bad words from bigger kids, we never heard of in our house. I regret a1000 time to have ever taken my child to this school, the worst av ever done. I think they need to be investigated for the safety of peoples kids especially the mix up of all ages, it’s dangerous these can’t understand each other because of age difference and this puts them at risk.
Enid KiconcoMay 14, 2026I highly recommend this place because kids learn a lot here and really fast.the staff are amazing ,and they will make sure your baby is safe . The good thing is they have a app to take pictures and send them to you while they are in class :)
Mari SaenzAug 12, 2025I am really happy with this preschool. Staff and the teachers are friendly and the communication there is awesome, especially when it comes to your child. My daughter loves this place and I have seen such a huge progress in my child's learning. They have different activities that my daughter looks forward in participating everytime.
Veronica GuaydacanJul 31, 2025If I could give this daycare I WOULD! Where do I even start with this daycare? It's a horrible daycare; the teachers make horrible faces at the kids and me. I would pick my child up, and he wouldn't be changed out of his used diaper; they were disrespectful towards me and the children. I would take my child to this daycare and he would always cry and cry because I left him there. I've asked why this is happening, and they said they don't know why, which to me was strange to why they didn't know. The manager told me, "We all aren't the same; we don't have the same faces." I get it, but still, you work with kids, so why make faces at them? I would always pay one month in advance and they treat me like this. I don't recommend it, they asked me how the child had to be before I dropped him off, and I would always listen to them. I find it unfair that they can't do their part in their job and expect me to do mine.
B AbNov 2, 2024I am really impressed and satisfied with this preschool. Staff and the teachers are so friendly and the communication there is awesome, especially when it comes to your child. I absolutely love this place and have seen such a huge progress in my child's learning as well as manners. They offer so many resources and include you in all aspects. I would recommend most definitely.
Christina ToquillasFeb 16, 2019My child was in attendance here since pre-k. Once that teacher left it's been down hill for us. The turn over rate is ridiculous. It would take my child for winter break and by the time spring came around it was a whole new staff. It's definitely cheaper than most and you will get the care you pay for. If the staff is going to rude and disrespectful to the parents, how do you think they will treat your child? Never again.
