The staff is always very welcoming when I bring my daughter in. She usually takes a while to warm up to people, but with all the staff here, she warmed up very fast. A couple months ago we moved her over from McCormick Preschool, and while I was worried about her moving schools, I am so happy we did. All the staff are great. Do little kids bite and hit eachother? Yes, they do- they are kids just learning how to react and navigate their little (and big) emotions. I have been notified anytime my daughter has bit or hit another child. And have been notified when she was bit or hit. Anyways, this place is a great place to take your kids. Very happy she goes there ❤️

I have been with creative beginning for about 3 years and counting. My Son Rayzaih(4yr) loves this child care center. We have seen the changes and they haven’t gone unnoticed. From the remolding of the building floors and paint and restructuring of the staff. The office staff is very friendly and caring.They are the face of the place. Sarah has helped me out with paperwork. Angel have alway been there since day one. I honestly thought she own the place. She gives off that friendly boss aura. They are very accommodating. The teachers and techs are amazing. They keep me abreast on potting training, activities in the class, the behavior of my student. Mz Sabrina is my son four year old teacher. She is awesome we love her. She keep the kids active and engaged. Look forward to seeing her when she comes back from maternity leave. The daycare is a safe and clean place.. if ur looking for a great, clean, educational, and safe daycare, CBLC is your place..

DO NOT SEND YOUR KID/S HERE. One of the girls took photos of my son and sent them to his father who is a danger to him. There was an active DCS investigation against his father and the daycare was aware. Jenna told me several times that my son was safe there. The owner called me personally today and advised that all they did was write the girl up because she's "sorry" and "didn't mean to". Because of my son's dad knowing where he goes to daycare he is now at risk and I am now at risk as his father is physically abusive. Coincidentally his father's current gf used to work at this center so her friends are now being protected for sharing private information. I was not aware she was affiliated with them until he told me he knew where our son went to daycare. The director told me that he is comfortable keeping this girl working there knowing she is taking photos of other people's kids and sharing sensitive information and told me today was my son's last day and was very rude and aggressive on the phone. I told him I will be pressing charges. Your child will come home dirty. There was a time when they sent my son home with no diaper on under his pants. Your kid will get yelled at as I have witnessed the lady in the infant room by the door getting frustrated with babies. The kids will consistently have marks on them with no accident report written and get sick. All the ladies who work there look like they're on meth or tweaking. Just overall ghetto, unprofessional, and NOT safe for kids. Be aware of the young girl with the glasses and braces. She's the one taking pictures of people's kids. The director is also aware a recent incident with a worker posting kids on tiktok happened and didn't care.

We have been going to this daycare for a few months now and we have had nothing but a great experiences! I’m a first time mom and just thinking of my child being with people I was unfamiliar with scared me to death, but literally everyone who works here and cares for our child are wonderful! You can tell they care about the kids and always keep us updated with anything going on! I would highly recommend. My child has now been here about a year and has switched class age groups and I still believe this place is amazing and they truly care about your children. Great communication. **3 years in now and still couldn’t be happier. My son loves coming here to play with his friends, comes home learning all sorts of new kids songs, his abcs and so much more. I am forever grateful to the staff and teachers.

I have had my son at 3 other daycare facilities. I'm so lucky to have found them. My son enjoys going to school every day. The folks there are caring and attentive. They actually listen to you which is not what I encountered anywhere else. And for that I'm very appreciative. I feel confident dropping him off every morning knowing he'll be cared for.
