My daughter attended this school many years ago and had a horrific experience. I should have seen the red flags. Her elementary school teacher would drop over our house unexpectedly and asked if he could into our daughters bedroom to check on her. Of course I said no. I read in the local paper he was charged with abuse as a youth pastor and went to jail. This school is very dangerous in my opinion. I know of another child that had a similar experience. Please, I pray stay away from this school.
Cindi LoteroFeb 21, 2026Daughter has been going for 4 years now. Amazing school with very caring teachers. Class sizes are great and kids that go want to learn and not disrupt the class. Would highly recommend if you want your child to get a bible based education.
Will SilvaOct 20, 2025All of my experiences with First Baptist have been really great! My son started in pre-school and has been attending for 7 years now. I did the same for my daughter and she's been there for 2 years. Their pre-school teachers do a great job preparing children for kindergarten. They have really amazing teachers here and smaller classes especially for pre-school, kindergarten and 1st grade! I feel like they're able to give the children more individualized attention when they need it. They use Bob Jones curriculum.
Melanie CraneAug 12, 2025I wish I could give this school MORE than 5 stars! My child has attended for 6 consecutive years. The class sizes grant individual attention without compromise, ensuring my student is pushed to grow to the greatest version of himself. THANK YOU FBCA!!!
Aaron JohnsonOct 16, 2024They will not accommodate any child that is not deemed "normal". They don't make accomodations or 504 or IEP. They have been reported to the school district for discrimination. Neodivergent children are considered a nuisance and they just want to make sure your child is drugged up so they are silent and still like a zombie, even wanting to go against our child's therapist against medication. Some teachers are awesome but it's mostly the new principal that is the problem.
T KAug 16, 2024Amazing preschool! My child loves her teacher and has learned so much. The staff genuinely cares for each other and each child. It's a positive, encouraging, and supportive environment for my child.
