I cannot say enough amazing things about Giggles and Grow Preschool. It was one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make to end my children’s daycare journey there. I honestly cried on their last day because this has been, without question, the best daycare experience I have ever had. From day one, I knew my children were in the right place. I never even took a tour before enrolling them because my spirit felt so at peace and safe with Giggles and Grow. That feeling proved to be absolutely right. The owner, Seni, is incredibly hands-on, caring, and genuinely invested in every child. During one of the most challenging seasons of our lives, she embraced my children with so much love, kindness, and patience. My 10-month-old became so attached to Seni that if she wasn’t there, she would get visibly upset because she loved her that much. That speaks volumes about the relationships built within this school. The teachers are truly phenomenal. A special shout-out to Tay for being so passionate about children, so engaging, and simply an amazing person. Another huge thank you to Bre for always being attentive to both my toddler and infant, asking thoughtful questions, understanding their individual needs, and actually following through to make sure those needs were met. That level of care is rare. I loved this daycare so much that after moving an hour away, I continued making the commute—nearly four hours a day—just so my children could remain there. If distance hadn’t become impossible, they would absolutely still be enrolled today. The love, attention, patience, and genuine care my children received at Giggles and Grow is something I will never forget. Every staff member made us feel welcomed, valued, and supported. My children were not just watched over—they were truly loved. I highly recommend Giggles and Grow Preschool to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and exceptional environment for their children. This place is truly a 10/10, and we will miss everyone there more than words can express. Thank you, Seni, Tay, Bre, and the entire Giggles and Grow family for loving my babies as your own. We are forever grateful. ❤️
Imani TaylorJun 20, 2026We absolutely love Giggle and Grow! Having my two daughters here has been such a positive experience for our family. The school feels very personalized, and you can truly tell the teachers genuinely care about each child. They take the time to get to know my girls individually, which gives me so much peace of mind. I love that the environment encourages them to play, express themselves, and build confidence, while also learning important skills that are preparing them for kindergarten. It’s the perfect balance of fun and education. We’ve seen so much growth in both of our daughters since starting here, and we’re so grateful to have found such a warm, nurturing preschool. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their kids will feel loved and supported!
Brooke MyersMay 1, 2026Choosing a daycare felt like such a big decision, but honestly it’s been the best decision for our family. Ms. Seni, the owner, has made everything so easy and comfortable from the start. It really feels like family here where they know your name and genuinely care! Our son is 10 months old and he loves being there. He literally smiles when we walk in and when he sees Ms. Seni, which says everything. It’s such a good feeling knowing he’s happy, loved, and excited to be at his "school" everyday. If you’re looking for a daycare that is warm, welcoming, and has great communication, I highly recommend this place!
Ashley StacyApr 29, 2026We switched our child to Giggle and Grow from another at home daycare where we were having issues. Since joining Giggle and Grow our child has done so well. He is happy and gets excited to play and see the teachers when we drop him off, we get photo updates all throughout the day, and the staff has all been amazing. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a daycare where they genuinely care and treat your child like their own family!
KristenApr 29, 2026I never write reviews, but I will never forgive myself for allowing my baby to attend this daycare for as long as I did. I think it is important to share our experience: When my infant started here at 4 months old, he immediately fell in love with the director, Ms. Roya, and his “cuddle bug” teacher, Ms. Kate. They were both wonderful and so loving toward my baby! We took a month-long break to stay home with him during some school/job transitions. When he returned, both the director and Ms. Kate had left. Since then, they never seemed to find a consistent permanent infant teacher or director, to replace them. The owner, who had previously been elusive, was suddenly there every day, and that’s when things began to feel very different. Many of the babies in his class seemed to disappear, and we noticed concerning changes in our own son. Our previously happy, healthy, and alert baby began losing a significant amount of weight, appeared pale, became withdrawn, and suddenly seemed anxious during diaper changes. Staff frequently told us he “took too long to eat” or “wasn’t interested in his food,” yet at home he acted ravenous during feedings, which made those explanations difficult to reconcile. Almost every day, the owner made passive-aggressive comments about my infant, often saying that he wanted to be held or played with “too much.” On one occasion when I picked him up early, I found him alone in his crib in a dark infant room with no teacher in sight, wide awake and staring off into space. It was heartbreaking to see such a noticeable change in his demeanor. My baby came home with scratches on his backside and little bruises, as well. Another parent disclosed that their 2-year-old started experiencing secondary enuresis (bedwetting after established potty training) in this timeframe, which usually stems from emotional stress i.e. bullying, trauma, etc. That is unacceptable. There were many other negative experiences that we endured, but even reflecting on the experiences above is difficult enough. Since moving to a new daycare, my baby is happy, healthy, gaining weight, and meeting his developmental milestones appropriately. His new teachers are warm, attentive, and always loving on him and praising him when I pick him up. Every child deserves an environment where they feel cared for, nurtured, and valued. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Please do your research carefully and trust your instincts when choosing childcare. I only share our experience in the hope that other families can avoid going through what we did. The below pictures include my son’s first day back vs. his last week there.
Campbell WallApr 28, 2026Giggle and Grow was the only daycare I could fine around me that offered us the flexibility to bring our son in two days a week when he was 6 months old. It turned out to be the best blessing as the teachers Ms Kate, Ms Roya and Ms Seni were also incredibly kind while I was figuring out postpartum working full time mom life. The staff here are kind and they care about the littles they are taking care of. I was so so scared to leave my son with strangers, but soon, they didn’t feel like strangers and more like extended family loving our little boy. We moved to another city and had to change daycares, but we loved our time with Giggle and Grow. Highly recommend for any new mom looking for a place to bring their kids.
