Inspire Kids Montessori

Our family had a very disappointing experience with Inspire Kids Montessori, not because of the care our child received in the classroom, but because of the way the administration handled our enrollment agreement and security deposit. Our child attended the entire 2025–2026 school year, and we also enrolled him in the optional summer program. Throughout our enrollment, we fulfilled every obligation under our contract. Tuition and fees were always paid in full and on time, and we completed the entire school year for which we contracted. After our enrollment concluded, we requested the return of our security deposit. We were then told that we were somehow obligated through the 2026–2027 school year. However, the agreement we signed clearly identifies the enrollment period as the 2025–2026 school year. Despite multiple written requests and follow-up phone calls, Inspire Kids Montessori has not provided a signed agreement showing that we ever agreed to enroll for the 2026–2027 school year. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication and transparency. Rather than directly addressing our questions or providing documentation supporting their position, our emails were largely ignored or met with the same contract identifying the 2025–2026 school year. As a parent, I expected a straightforward explanation and a willingness to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, we have been left with no meaningful answers and have had to consider pursuing legal remedies to recover our deposit. Given the amount families pay to attend Inspire Kids Montessori, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, customer service, and transparency. In my opinion, the administrative experience simply did not reflect the premium tuition charged. There are several other schools in the area that offer excellent educational programs, stronger communication with families, more comprehensive services, and competitive tuition. Based on our experience, I would encourage parents to carefully compare their options before committing to enrollment here. I also strongly encourage prospective families to read every enrollment document carefully, retain copies of everything they sign, and request written clarification regarding deposits, renewal terms, and refund policies before enrolling. Our experience demonstrated just how important those documents can become if a dispute arises. While we appreciated the teachers and the care our child received in the classroom, our experience with the school's administration overshadowed what otherwise could have been a positive experience. I sincerely hope Inspire Kids Montessori improves its communication, contract administration, and customer service so that future families are treated with greater transparency and fairness
