  • I love this daycare. I’m an anxious first time mom and I was so worried about my son attending daycare. I first enrolled him when he was about 7 or 8 months old. I pulled him out because I was just overwhelmed with PPD and illness (normal with ANY daycare). He came back to LaLas when he was about 18 months old when I felt more ready. They welcomed him back with open arms and seemed excited to have him back which made me so happy that they remembered him. I really like that breakfast, lunch, & snacks are included with tuition. He has formed bonds with his teachers, especially one in particular. He is happy when I pick him up every day. They do super cute crafts with him. The staff answer any questions I have. The owner is a nice lady and I can tell she loves kids. Im really happy here.

  • My daughter attended here for 2 years and it was a fantastic experience! They loved, nurtured, and educated my child. This daycare definitely set my child up for success in kindergarten. If you are looking for quality childcare Lalas is the way to go!

  • As a mother, it is always preferable to encounter fewer challenges, particularly in the realm of child care. Upon discovering this facility, I was overwhelmed with relief, unaware that numerous issues would arise from my experience here. Initially, they provided excellent supervision for my son and offered the necessary resources I required at that time. However, when I inadvertently upset them, they did not attempt to address the situation or seek to understand my perspective. It felt as though their approach was rigid, leaving no room for dialogue. Despite having paid my fees for the month, they denied me services. When I attempted to discuss this matter with the owner's assistant, she implied that if I caused her any discomfort, she could refuse services. When I addressed the owner, I found that she supported her assistant's behavior, stating that they could deny services if they perceived that "the parent isn't working," , which they perceived I wasn’t working that day although I was,all while continuing to collect fees. After contacting the Department of Economic Security (DES) for clarification, I learned that no daycare has the right to act in this manner. Consequently, I felt uneasy about leaving my child in their care and took the appropriate steps to report this situation to the relevant authorities. I was fortunate to possess all the necessary evidence to compile my reports. I felt compelled to share my experience regarding this daycare. Wishing the best of luck to all parents in search of childcare options.

  • My 2 year old son spent 1/2 his life here. I had to switch due to location, and it was devastating to us. Everyone there is so kind, patient, and loving. We still miss them. As far as daycare goes in this town there isn't a comparable place to send your children. Definitely top notch in every aspect of care and learning. Thank you guys for all you do!

  • It was good for a bit and we loved it until our daughter started coming home every day saying she hated it there and didn’t want to come back, would sob not to go in in the morning, and the owner threatened to call CPS because our daughter has chronic dermatitis and had an ongoing rash. She’s now harassing me about a bill I literally CANNOT pay, which is another reason I took my daughter out. Paying $1200 a month for a daycare is insanity in the first place, let alone paying that for a facility your child begs not to go to.
