Little Explorers 2

We had to find a closer daycare upon moving to our current address. We found this one it was the second one we toured. We went in to do a tour they seem so nice and loving. They put on a grand show. Although it did look pretty dark and gloomy in there. When we dropped off our kids the first day we gave them hugs and kisses goodbye. I wondered what they did all day. I work remotely for the U.S. prison systems. This daycare does not post activities or pictures in procare. I understood this initially when we enrolled them. They told me this I was initially okay with this because I thought I could ask them what they did all day and they would tell me. When we went to pick up our kids I asked them what they did all day and the staff's answer was they had a good day. Every day this was the answer. In the morning when my kids wanted hugs and kisses goodbye we were rushed out and told that it makes it harder on them. I was extremely frustrated hearing that. I should be able to give my kids hugs and kisses goodbye. Then, after 3 days they started coming home with diaper rashes. Bad diaper rashes. I would put my kids in the bathtub I would put desitin on them it would look almost completely better and then they would go back in the morning and they would come home with diaper rashes again, then my daughter started getting yeast infections. She's not had a yeast infection in over a year. The very short time my children were going here my daughter had two yeast infections from not being properly changed. I had to take her to the doctor to get nyasatin. When I tried to talk to staff about this politely, staff got extremely defensive. And said "Well I changed her!" I didn't want to argue at that point. But at that point we wanted to speak to the owner. So my husband asked for the owner to call. Staff said well why? I ended up sending a message in the app saying we would like to speak to the owner. Owner said she was going to call my husband at noon, never happened, I also told her that there is no way they should still have diapers. We go through diapers so much I was shocked to no one asked for more diapers and when we asked they said that the kids don't need anymore yet. So I messaged all the things that were going on. She got back to me after 5:00 and said she was busy, and address some of these issues. She said it was the first time she heard about the rashes, she also said that the kids do need more diapers. And asked if I would still like her to call. I told her politely I didn't need to call back we were switching daycares. I do not think they're following state regulations and I know for sure they were not changing my children every 2 hours. My daughter started potty training right before going there and completely regressed. I asked my almost 3-year-old daughter if they we're taking her to use the potty she told me no. Again she's 3 years old I don't know if this is true or not. But we really had no idea what was going on in there ever. I know every time we went to pick them up they were never in the two's room. All children were together of all ages which is a violation of State rules and regulations. I was really disappointed. Mainly with lack of diaper changing, not knowing what my kids were doing all day and when I asked them telling me they just had a good day, regression for potty training, and again I do not know what they did all day I don't think they were learning anything I have no idea. I definitely know they are not following state regulations though. There's no possible way. Especially when kids of all ages are all grouped together. I hate to write this review because some of the staff seem like such good people, but I'm writing this review because small children can't speak up for themselves. And I don't want another parent to experience the same things that we did. I feel guilty for enrolling my children there. Cuz I don't know what happened in there. Also my kids have been diaper rash free since leaving. And yeast infection free. I do believe they're really understaffed.
