My son is talked down to and when I addressed this concern the teacher got talked to. My son asked his teacher if he can take bark out of his sandals and he was told no. My son is 3 and no 3 year old should deal with a teacher that talks down to toddlers, calls them babies and stupid. I would recommend the daycare if that teacher was gone! She shouldn't work there if she is taking down to toddlers just saying!
Andrea KellerJul 23, 2026THEY FAILED TO REPORT POSSIBLE ABUSE OF A CHILD. THEY ARE MANDATED BY THE STATE TO REPORT ANY ABUSE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OR DCS. THEY REPORTED NOTHING!!!!! FIVE MONTHS LATER THIS CHILD IS STILL BEING EXPOSED TO THE MOLESTER BECAUSE THEU FAILED TO PROTECT THAT CHILD. THE MOTHER HAS DONE EVERYTHING TO PROTECT THE CHILD BUT BECAUSE OF THIS SCHOOL SHE IS NOT BELIEVED. THIS IS A FELONY 6 AND ALSO A CIVIL ISSUE. BE WARE OF NEW DAY PRESCHOOL!!!!
Marsha BrunoniOct 30, 2025I don’t know how this place doesn’t have thousands of stellar reviews. It’s the best school I could’ve asked for to have my son attend. The teachers are so nice! Ms. Alanna is amazing with the Littles and Ms. Cynthia is a pleasure to talk with and is so informative. The teachers keep a daily record of your child’s day to day mood and activity participation, and how well they ate and slept. My son wasn’t talking much before coming here, but he already knows so many words, colors, letters, and numbers in just two months! I highly recommend this school.
Taryn JacobsonSep 17, 2024My granddaughter started Tuesday, was dropped to half days by the end of the day for crying and being an inconvenience, after Wednesday we were told she would need to be picked up and have to leave if she cried! She's 2 years old! Only child!! Has never been around other people but her parents! Yea my son told them "No!! Were not leaving her here!" Your a daycare, Not anything else! It's your job to watch children! What qualifies your staff of 20 year olds to say a 2 year old can't cry when left with strangers! Yea !!! My granddaughter won't be coming back! And everyone from Cali....beware of this place because if you're not from here they're not willing to help you.
