I would have easily given this place 5 stars if it weren’t for Deborah. She is, without question, the only person I’ve encountered here who has provided anything resembling a bad customer experience. Unfortunately, one person can completely taint an otherwise great experience, and that was the case here. If customer service isn’t something you’re capable of handling professionally, perhaps a different role would be a better fit. After this experience, I cancelled my membership and will not be returning. It’s disappointing that one employee was enough to completely change my opinion of a place I otherwise enjoyed with my family
Alfonso LAug 4, 2026I recently began attending exercise groups for seniors which are very helpful and perfect for my level to participate. The staff is lovely, both those leading the groups and those at the front desk. Thanks!
Jennie SchaefferJun 30, 2026Terrible experience with basketball games and times. We were the opposing team that traveled from paradise valley and our game time shifted to later by 2 hours. We were not the only ones with the schedule change either. Two other teams after us had their times changed as well. Josie, who was the point of contact and apparently the opposing coach had a terrible response to our concerns and was very unprofessional..The “ref” did not refereee at all and then favored the home team. Overall, awful experience for our girls and their families. If I could give 0 stars, I would. **I reached out through the email you provided below a week ago now, and no response as of yet!
meghan mcclellanMay 9, 2026I think everyone that works at my local Y is very friendly, helpful and non judgemental. I am taking circuit training courses and I enjoy them! I enjoy the app too which provides me with challenges to join to stay on track and virtual workouts.

I also love the community initiatives they provide not just during the holidays but all year round. My family and I truly enjoy coming here!
Chioma CobbDec 9, 2025My daughter has been with the YMCA basketball team for two seasons, and we absolutely love it! The coaches are amazing and always encourage the kids to do their best. The place is clean, well-organized, and the staff are very friendly and supportive. She’s learned great skills, built confidence, and has so much fun every game. Highly recommend this program! 🏀✨
