  • My son improved a lot since the beginning until he graduated Pre-K last year, he spent two years and it was a great experience, all his teachers and all the staff are very kind and professional. My son learned a lot from potty training, reading, writing, and socialization with other kids! My son made a lot of friends! We appreciate everything they’ve done for my son!

  • Every staff member here is wonderful. The three assigned to my son’s class you can tell they genuinely care for my kid and want him to grow and learn. If I could I would put my son in 5dsys a weeks since he’s already learning how to talk from here, better naps, interact with other infants.

  • Our daughter has loved her time here at school for over 2 years now. They treat us and everyone I’ve seen like family, and the teachers truly care about the kids and their education. Thank you PCS!

  • Staff are not caring, rude and abusive to kids here. They don't seem to care about the kids in here. Passing by morning, staff are not kind to kids. Provided breakfast staff just gives the dont care if you eat or want more attitude and i saw a staff just gave a dirty cup with milk to a child and showing the child its ok if there was dirt in the cup just drink it. Saw some kids causing tantrum , kids fighting in front of parents. Staff here does not seem to be selected or qualified to be caring for a child unless they are encourage to just care as how they want to treat the kids here or managment dont care at all. Management and staff do not care if a parent complain or have issues in here they just give a we are busy or working on it to shut it down. Will never recommend this place makes you worry about your child.

  • We love PCA! We have been here for 1 year now and I am so thankful we are and only wish we came to them sooner. We were previously at another center that was incredibly disorganized, never a lesson plan/learning and my son had meltdowns everyday being dropped off. I can say it is the complete opposite here. Within 1 month of being here my children's educational knowledge flourished. No meltdowns with drop off. The center is clean, and organized. The director is almost always available. Prompt responses to questions on the app. Wonderful teachers who really care for your child. I truly cannot say enough good about Phoenix Children's Academy - Thunderbird.

  • If you want your little one somewhere that makes you feel like they care about your child this probably is not the place. My son was in the infant room and there were no steady teachers in there. It was someone different every time . They have an app they “use” but most days it showed my son didn’t have a bottle or his diaper changed while he was there for the 8 hours or that they didn’t feed him certain meals all day. (I have a whole album of screenshots each day of the app not showing it updated appropriately that I showed them) when I spoke to the assistant director and director at least 40 times about it they simply did not care. Especially the director. It never got fixed nor did they ever offer to sit in an office to discuss this privately until I requested that. I was trying to be respectful and not discuss all this in front of other parents and prospective families. My son got bit a few times which I get happens at this age, however the policy I was told after the incident happened a couple times was that the kid that bit has to bite 5 times same day before getting sent home and that the teachers need to watch better. When I put my two weeks in for my son they didn’t say a word. I would think if someone put all negative remarks on the notice they would want to speak even if they can already assume why. Also it asks 2x if I would recommend them and I stated no. Cadence should really look into this. I’m not the only one that has left for major concerns in the last few months but I will just speak on my experience. The one star is because their were a couple teachers that were friendly and I enjoyed talking with them at drop off and pick up. This was our first experience with a day care and unfortunately it was not one I wanted nor hoped for. This is not the place that you will have that amazing experience .
