ENIKO SZABOMay 13, 2026I’ve enrolled 3 of my kids at this schools and I feel they’ve been great. My kids have been ready to get into kindergarten and I believe it’s because of the teaching they received. Plus great staff and engaged management.
Von DossMay 12, 2026The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The activities and attention they give to the children is beyond anything expected from a Daycare/Pre-K.
Kevin NaparallaMay 7, 2026We love Phoenix Children’s Academy. My kids have been only here for 2 months and I see a huge difference in curriculum compared to their old daycare where I used to take them which was only glorified babysitters. At Phoenix Children’s they do teach my kids age appropriate materials and their teachers are strict which is exactly what we wanted in the first place. I wish I had found them before. My kids’ teachers are awesome and so the ladies in the front. Mrs Candace is the director and she super awesome and helpful and respectful. Nothing like the old daycare that changed directors constantly. Phoenix Children’s Academy has a stable and professional director.
Hailey Oliva (HaileyOli)Apr 7, 2026I want to give a huge shoutout to Phoenix Children’s Academy on 83rd Ave in Peoria for truly stepping up in a big way. I had some concerns and shared them online and yes, it made its way back to them (the power of social media!). But here’s the part that matters: instead of ignoring it, they handled it with professionalism and genuine care ASAP. They reached out to set up a meeting with me (which I unfortunately missed in my email because I was out). The moment I walked in, they asked if we could talk. I had a feeling it was about my post, so I asked, “Is this about Facebook?” and they said yes. Not only did they acknowledge it right away, but they were sincerely sorry and wanted to understand my concerns and find solutions. They had already reviewed camera footage from the time in question, spoken with the teachers, and came prepared to address everything with me. Before enrolling Kendrix, I did my homework interviewing multiple centers, making unannounced visits, and checking reviews. Phoenix Children’s Academy was the only one that checked all my boxes and made me feel safe leaving my son there. After my post, people recommended other centers, but none of them felt right whether it was the reviews, the location, or even how my calls were handled. It means a lot when a company not only reaches out after an issue but shows they truly care and take action. That’s rare, and I’m grateful.
Rebecca SaffinAug 7, 2025I've had both my toddlers enrolled at this preschool. My oldest is now in kinder. My 5-year-old is in her second year of Pre-K at this academy, the staff is amazing. The director Ms. Candace, even more amazing! I love all the activities and events that they do. I love that they have a ceremony graduation. Both my children love love, love love, Miss Desiree. I would not want to put them anywhere else for learning and getting ahead, getting our Pre-K toddlers ready for kinder. A big thank you to Phoenix children's academy private school
