We love Phoenix Children's Academy! Our 2-year-old and 4-year-old have both had such a wonderful experience there, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible staff. The teachers are truly exceptional. They show such genuine love, care, patience and compassion and it is evident every day in the way they interact with our kids. Our 2-year-old has shown amazing progress with his speech and fine motor. Kari and Jennifer are both just so incredible! A special thank you to Ashley at the front desk and Ariane the director. They are always welcoming, flexible, helpful, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make families feel supported and valued. Phoenix Children's Academy truly feels like an extension of our family. We highly recommend them to any family looking for a safe, caring, and enriching place for their children to learn and grow!

Alli SaxarraApr 30, 2026From our very first visit, I knew this child care center was something special. The environment immediately felt warm, welcoming, and personal, not just another daycare. Ms. LeeAnn and Ms. Gabi have been absolutely wonderful with my child. I am so incredibly grateful for the love and attention they give. What means the most to me is that she actually smiles and reaches for them at drop off, which is completely out of character for her. That alone speaks volumes about the comfort and trust she feels with them. They have also been so accommodating and understanding with my schedule whenever needed, which has made such a difference for our family. We feel very lucky to be part of this community.
Aly BMar 4, 2026Our experience has been nothing short of wonderful since our switch to PCA The teachers are great friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in the children. Ms. Ariane and Ms. Ashley are amazing leaders who are always available, helpful, and welcoming. You can really see the positive impact they have on the school. My kids are 1 and 4 they are learning so much and truly enjoy being here. I highly recommend this school to any family looking for fun hands on learning
Selena ValenzuelaFeb 8, 2026It used to be such a nice Academy when Ms. Betsey was a school director. With a new management, this place has been changed a lot. The atmosphere is not friendly anymore. Assistant of director is always on her cell phone and does not even say hi to you unless director is there. She thinks that incident reports are only for head trauma. Also, my kid did not learn anything new since old teacher, who was very passionate about teaching kids, left. My 4 year old kid almost broke his nose and they did not even file an incident report. The new teacher got unfair write-up because assistant director told her that she does not need an incident report for bloody nose. Prepare to leave your kid inside by front door if daycare is short-staffed on that day. It happened to us. New Teachers and assistant director need a major training. The rates went up but the quality of education and care went down. We Addressed all issues to upper management but they care only about money. Old director and assistant director, multiple teacher left this place a month ago for a reason. 6 kids from our class left this month as well. We were there for almost 4 years because this place was like our second home. We are very happy we left because there are so many better schools around.
