I have family who attended this day care and found out they were feeding the kids stale food. Bread and a slice of lunch meat for meals and not providing proper care. If parents would look into this school deeper and ask their kids the right questions you would find out they are providing less than acceptable care to their children. Do your RESEARCH before placing your children! Ask for photos of the food they feed your kids every day as well as proof of curriculum or some education. You should be getting what you pay for! And not worried about your children. Upper management AND CORPORATE has been NOTIFIED AND IGNORED THE INFORMATION PROVIDED!
Amelia RomainJul 8, 2026PCA Surprise has been so good to us! The staff is incredible, from the director and assistant director, to the front desk, to the lovely classroom teachers. It’s fairly priced and offers half day options unlike many daycares nearby.

We love how our son is sent home with “homework”, tons of art work, and he comes home asking further questions about what they are learning in class. Ms. Cassie has been phenomenal with my son who was experiencing school-related distress. Within a few short weeks, we’ve noticed major improvements. We are so, so happy to receive the care we’ve gotten so far.

The teachers are warm, attentive, and truly made my son feel loved and safe every day. He looked forward to going, and as a parent, that peace of mind means everything. We’re so grateful for the nurturing environment they provide and would highly recommend to any family looking for a place where their child can grow, learn, and feel at home. Shout out to Miss Leti & Miss Nancy!

With 4 children, ranging from 4yrs to 20 yrs old, we've experienced many childcare facilities over the years, but nothing compares to this place. Ms. Ariel, Ms. Kristy, Ms. T, Ms, Rina, and Ms. Lety have all been absolutely wonderful to my daughter. They have extended their love and care as though she was one of their own children. The management, Ms. Danielle and Ms. Melissa, have also been amazing. The facility itself is always very clean and inviting, with smiling faces from all of the staff. I honestly do not have one negative complaint to post here. If you are looking for a safe, clean, loving, and inviting space to bring your child and receive the best care, you definitely need to check out Phoenix Children's Academy in Surprise...you won't be disappointed!
