Pinecone Preschool LLC

My 2 year old has been here for about a year now and we've had a great experience with Pinecone. The staff is very welcoming and genuinely cares about the kids. There seems to be a decent variety of activities, and my toddler is always in a happy mood when I pick him up. There's a good level of communication through the new app, such as recording nap times, meals, and diaper changes. They also send reminders for supplies, holiday closures, etc, and you can set up auto-pay through it. The cost of care is also reasonable. Before coming here we had used another daycare for 2 months. They were okay but I prefer the team at Pinecone. I was shocked to read the review before mine saying the front desk was rude. They're always super nice and Courtney especially has been very helpful.

Sending my child here is my biggest regret, overwhelmed and under prepared caregivers.. rude front end, crowded classrooms.. my child should never come home saying they were in time out all day.
