  • Thank you for the food boxes it really helped, at first the staff seemed irritated because we went with a group (IOP recovery)but after that she was very polite and helpful and kind.

  • Fast and easy extremely grateful for the food box we got. The lady at the front was extremely respectful and polite. Extremely fast service will recommend to anyone needing nutrition help I would go here first

  • I went to get a food box, and they were out. It took everything in me to go, because I have constant pain, plus it was a very hot day. Not a soul that came out of the building even acknowledged that I was in the shade on the sidewalk sit on a little step I use at home to get stuff that's up high. I was on my phone trying to find another place to get food and not a one close to the area I live. I just went home. That day I didn't eat anything before left home cause I had nothing to eat.

  • If youre looking for housing and don't have a computer or printer, ask them to print you a copy of the transitional housing application right then and there; don't just let them tell you to check your email. Also, they'll take your application, but there's a 2-3 mo th waiting list/time for possible placement . And that's only for they feel like accepting you. It doesn't matter what situation you're in at the moment. Also, if someone had fraudulently used yours and your kids names for food boxes, they won't give you your own until the next month comes, because you "already got one".

  • Inviting place, non-judgmental and super friendly staff... Elsa was very helpful and made everything easy... although it was a fast process Elsa made sure I got everything answered she provided resources and more.. I'd definitely will go back when help is needed...

  • Went there for the first time in a few years. Received a good amount of food, got a Christmas present for my kids, packs of pull ups for my daughter, and each kid got a winter jacket! Friendly staff, seemed very kind and willing to help. Didn't feel like a bother at all.
