We moved here to Sedona in January and started at a daycare in cottonwood. Within a few weeks, it became very apparent that it was not a fit. We quickly enrolled our son at precious stones. Precious stones offers a higher standard of care that matches what we had access to previously. The director and staff are the type of caring and supportive professionals that families look for when picking out a child care facility. They are patient, kind and very responsive. They are willing to work with families around dietary and potty training needs. The Precious stones staff go out of their way to create a community for their kiddos and parents. Sedona and the surrounding area is very lucky to have them. I’m so grateful so we switched.
Caroline TompkinsApr 13, 2026We had a very negative experience with this daycare and it’s unfortunate given the very few options in Sedona. Inconsistent messaging from teacher to teacher… closing early all the time because they don’t have staffing and then impatient and angry teachers that couldn’t give my son more than two weeks to get settled in a new school (and state). I really expected more kindness and a little patience. I decided I would rather drive to Cottonwood and receive more professional admin/teachers in a loving and supportive environment.
