  • Last week we were informed that our beloved preschool was closing. I want to first and foremost express how absolutely devastated we are. My son has THRIVED at PLA. We haven’t even been here a year and it’s far exceeded our expectations in terms of daycare. The director, Chantelle is absolutely amazing and childcare is in her veins. I’ve witnessed it personally with my child but also with other children. The dedication, empathy, and care has far exceeded what I’ve ever witnessed with childcare. Stacy who oversees both locations has always been communicative, loving and honest. I’ve witnessed it firsthand but also with the educators there… Megan, Jackie, Ally, Maureen, Justine, Embry, and others. Thank you for all you guys do. I see it and am so thankful to you all. Anyone who has an opinion on PLA in a negative aspect needs to reevaluate. All of us parents and children are beside ourselves with the closure of this Queen Creek hidden gem. I wish everyone could have known about this place. My son is a high spirited, stubborn, absolutely amazing human being that has come out of his shell after a horrible day care experience prior to PLA. PLA has set the bar so high for our next experience and I fear nobody will live up to the love they gave not only my child but every single kid that came through their door. You guys will be so missed…. There are no words to fully express the heartbreak. Thank you for EVERYTHING.

  • If you care about your child’s mental and emotional well-being, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. The staff at this facility are unprofessional and at times, outright rude. I enrolled a happy, well-mannered, and playful child — and I’m now withdrawing a child who is scared to speak and noticeably withdrawn. It deeply concerns me that something here has clearly impacted him in a negative way, whether through intimidation or inappropriate discipline. What upset me most was a comment made by Ms. Elana, who suggested that my child’s struggles might be due to him being Arab. Such a statement is not only offensive but also reveals a disturbing lack of cultural sensitivity and professionalism. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and concerned for any other families considering this facility.

  • We enrolled our daughter in this school in July 2024 and had a great experience initially. However, things changed in January 2025 when the director was let go over what was described as an “aggressive tone of voice” toward a child—but we later learned it was actually physical. Since then, there’s been constant staff turnover with little to no communication —we often walked in to find new aides without warning. Which is concerning because my first concern is safety - were these people properly vetted? Why haven’t they been introduced? Why is my child coming home from school telling me teachers have left vs receiving an email about it? Our daughter also told us about an incident on the playground. While the school handled it his situation appropriately, we were told the outdoor cameras only retain footage for 4 hours, meaning parents can’t review video if something happens earlier in the day. That was very concerning as well. We ultimately chose to withdraw our daughter immediately. We hope the school improves communication, consistency, and supervision going forward.

  • We started at PLA in September 2023 after months of trying to find a pre-k program that worked for our son and our family. We decided on PLA after doing a tour and seeing how happy the students and teachers were. They offer small class sizes and have a great well rounded curriculum. My son will be in a great spot entering kindergarten. This school offers a lot of fun activities and event for the students and families. The teachers are amazing and truly care about the students as a whole. My son has made lifelong friends and we will miss PLA so much!

  • Premier Learning Academy is THE best day care and school. The teachers and staff are consistent in an industry with high turnaround. You can tell the teachers and staff love where they work and it reflects in the kiddos. My son has grown tremendously being there, so much so he will be starting kindergarten early! I wish we could stay at PLA forever!

  • Our Daughter has been attending PLA for 2.5 years and will now be moving on to kindergarten. She has blossomed into such a confident little lady. Teachers and staff here have always loved on our little and made us and her feel safe and cared for. She has learned so much academically and will be entering into kinder with beginning reading and math skills, which as an educator myself.. is amazing. We love it here so much that our baby girl will be attending in the fall :)
