  • Please avoid Primavera Online if you value your time. I am a freshmen; but online programs are not new to me as I have been through around 3 different online schoolings before Primavera and plenty of inperson schools. While having this prior experience, this schooling has been the worst online and possibly the worst compared to all the schools I've been to. From deciding to implement live classes last minute without informing the parents and students, causing me to miss the first day of these online classes since both me and my parents have not been informed about them while these classes are considered 5% of my final grade for the classes; with the lack of these classes promised before, had drawn us to want to enroll into this program in the first place. Despite this, live classes were not new to me so I did not mind. Well, this was until I realized that the teachers have not been trained as to how to teach these classes nor how to keep the class on topic. There is clearly lack of a lesson plan in place and while in all my classes, the teachers always seem to fail to keep the students present and to keep from talking about other topics. This involving situations; such as students unmuting their mics to play music or to talk regardless of if they are interrupting the lesson or not, students talking about other personal topics in the chatbox during these live classes, students playing around in the cameras during the live classes, and even speaking hurtfully and causing others to cry. While this all being on the students part, the teachers have options like locking the chat and muting all mics, even having options to kick students out of these lessons for their inappropriate behavior. Regardless of just these live classes, I am also in the complete wrong classes and I had not been given the help to switch out of these classes. This being that I was put into an algebra class while already having the credit for this class. When my mother contacted the guidance counselor, they said my class cannot be changed. I was also put into a normal english class, (while I have always been in accelerated during all of middle school and even elementary), and of course, I am not allowed to switch out of and get into a more challenging class. And even despite all of this, the school program has over three different types of communication to speak with teachers; with email, text, direct messaging on assignments, etc. and somehow still fails to answer my question on an assignment that I left around 4-5 days ago and was only answered once I asked on the live lesson. This school is so very disorganized, and ontop of that, unfulfilling. And considering other reviews, it seems that I am not the only one being shagged of not only my school credit; but also my learning as a whole. Thankfully I will be moving to ASU prep's online schooling in around a month. In regards, please avoid this school if you are looking for more advanced classes to work ahead on highschool/college credits and want a reliable school program that efficiently teaches. Thank you and I hope this can help anyone who may have been unsure.

  • Primavera School has been educating Prescott’s youth for 54 years! Children thrive in the environment which enables them to learn by doing in small classroom settings with highly qualified and caring teachers. Lifelong friendships, a love for school and learning, and meaningful interaction with the environment are hallmarks of a Primavera education.

  • So far so good. We haven’t had a single issue and our daughter loves attending Primavera. Now it’s time for our other daughter to start attending!

  • We absolutely love Primavera! It is such an amazing school and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. Our daughter has attended Primavera for over 4 years now and LOVES school because of Primavera. We tried a semester at the public schools and her demeanor about school completely flipped, so we returned to Primavera. It was then we knew how good Primavera was for her. The teachers are all so loving and understanding, patient but firm. They teach them to be respectful and kind but have manners and to respect each other. SMALL CLASS sizes! It is so beneficial for the students and the teachers to be able to interact more efficiently with each other due to the smaller classes, much more intimate. The school is like a community, it's so safe and they make learning fun! They make a point to get the student outside as much as possible while still learning. I can't say enough how much we love this school!

  • The best school for young children in town, bar none. My daughter went thru a small bout of sadness when entering public school in first grade - the children and their parents at the school were a horrific group of people - we took her out midyear and transitioned back to primavera and my daughter's personality went right back to joy and love of school. The education is solid, but the experience of life is everything and she loves this place. Don't take your kid to a school where they will be mentally and emotionally bullied and abused. Take them to a place that is caring and kind.
