  • Our 3 year old has had a wonderful time at Primrose. She connected strongly with her teachers and we felt that she learned and developed faster than at her previous daycare. Things we love— Flexible drop off and pick up times Included meals & snacks Excellent real time reporting of activities, etc. Multiple playgrounds Building safety Ability to move up based on age and/or skills Education School-style daycare for the littles Very caring and personable staff and teachers

  • My daughter truly loved attending this daycare, and I want to start by saying that I appreciate the care and kindness she did receive during her time there. She formed attachments and was happy going in, which meant a lot to me as a parent. However, I do feel it’s important to share some serious concerns so other parents can make informed decisions. My main issues were related to health and safety. During her time there, my daughter experienced frequent back-to-back illnesses, including hand, foot, and mouth disease and other infections, requiring multiple pediatrician visits, as well as ER visits and even hospitalization. These illnesses also spread through our household and had a significant impact on our family. In addition, I personally observed concerns with sanitation and supervision. There were instances where proper hygiene practices during diaper changes did not appear to be consistently followed, and children had access to each other’s cups, leading to cross-use. I also witnessed moments where supervision did not seem as attentive as it should be, particularly during transitions and outdoor play. While I understand that illness can happen in daycare settings, the frequency and overall experience raised concerns for me as a parent. Ultimately, I made the decision to withdraw my daughter because I did not feel confident that the environment was consistently supporting her health and safety. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve conditions moving forward.

  • Primrose school has helped my daughters get a wonderful head start on their education! The teachers are caring, kind and extremely supportive of my children, good days and bad. Every day my daughters are excited to be there and learn along side their friends! I especially appreciate the fun activities and events the school has! It is fun to see them be a part of a wonderful community!

  • We've been lucky to find this little treasure near our home. My child absolutely loves this school and couldn't be happier or more excited to start each morning. Since day one we immediately noted growth in her educations, communication skills, and social etiquette. Primrose provided a safe environment for my child to grow more confident in herself!

  • We love Primrose and their staff so much—they truly feel like family. Our daughter has been there for the past three years, and we’ll be sending our newest little bundle there as well. We’re incredibly grateful to have a group we trust so deeply, especially since we live so far from our extended family. Thank you, Primrose!

  • My son has been attending Primrose since he was just over 1 and he is 3.5 now. My daughter who is 18 months old now attends as well. We have been through nearly all of the classrooms and have loved every single teacher and staff member we’ve encountered along the way. Both of them learn so much, not only school-related items but also general behavior knowledge. They both come home knowing things that I am amazed by every single day. We love Primrose and recommend it every chance we can!
