We're so happy with the Primrose Pre-K program! Ms. Gifford is an exceptional teacher – a true gem with endless dedication and generosity. Her emphasis on positivity, play-based learning, and practical application has fostered a love for learning in our child. Ms. Gifford observes her students closely, continuously identifying our child's strengths and areas for improvement. She provides daily, detailed updates (with pictures!) about their lessons and activities. We are able to understand how our child likes to learn and reinforce concepts at home. We appreciate the opportunities for parent involvement, like reading to the class, which truly makes it our community. Activities such as show-and-tell, gardening and harvesting (with earthworms that the children can touch and observe), observing mealworms grow into beetles, and field trips all contribute to hands-on learning. Beyond academics, the program's strong focus on kindness and collaboration creates a safe space - our child loves all classmates and teamwork! The other teachers, Ms. Stacy, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Shelby and Ms. Dawna, also help with our child's learning and character development. Everybody is patient and loving! A huge shout-out to Ms. Sonal, Ms. Sam, Ms. Malini and Ms. Neeta! They make Primrose feel like family and do so much for us daily. They organize community events throughout the year, focusing on learning and fun. We have such fond memories celebrating holidays, birthdays and special events (including the pre-k graduation) at school! We are happy we chose Primrose and are immensely grateful for the time our child has spent here. It's been a wonderful journey and we are kindergarten ready!

Updated in 2026: Since the change in ownership, the overall feel has shifted. It no longer feels as warm and family-oriented as it once did, and at times comes across as more corporate and less personal. Communication and responsiveness from management can also be inconsistent, which has been frustrating when concerns arise. There are still many positives and wonderful teachers, which is why we’re giving 3 stars. Written in 2024 gave 5 stars: Primrose is an exceptional place for your child! The personal touch and welcoming atmosphere provided by the staff and teachers makes such a difference in the overall experience for both children and parents. We are confident in our child's learning and well-being, knowing they will be engaged, cared for, and nurtured throughout the day. The structured curriculum, nutritious meals, and extended hours are certainly valuable benefits that enhance the experience. As working parents, we know our child is well cared for. It's clear that Primrose has built a strong community.

We love Primrose! I have seen the benefits of being a member of the primrose community both as a staff member and as a parent. We currently have two children enrolled and couldn’t imagine having them at any other school. They love going to school each day and we love knowing that they are cared for and able to learn in a safe and nourishing environment.

We love Primrose! Over the last 5 years we've have 3 of our kids at Primrose in various classrooms from infant, preschool and pre-k. As a full-time working parent, finding daycare that not only meets but exceeds expectations is like finding a hidden gem. Our experience with Primrose has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walk through the doors, we are greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front office staff. Their communication and organization have been invaluable in keeping us informed and reassured. But what truly sets Primrose apart is the incredible team of teachers who go above and beyond to ensure our kids feel loved, supported, and engaged every day. Their kindness, patience, and genuine love for the them shines through every interaction. We feel incredibly grateful to have found Primrose.

Love this school! We've been at Primrose for almost two years and will have soon have all three of our kiddos enrolled. The staff is always so kind and genuinely care about each child. We couldn't have been more lucky in finding a spot for our family.
