I would not recommend this daycare, mainly because of how unprofessionally they handle parents. One of the biggest issues is the constant gossiping—it’s very clear that staff talk about parents behind their backs. Personal concerns or situations that should remain private somehow become common knowledge, which is extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. Instead of maintaining a respectful and confidential environment, it feels like there’s a culture of judgment and favoritism. You can sense that opinions are formed about parents and then treated differently because of it. That kind of behavior completely breaks trust. On top of that, communication is already lacking, so when you combine poor communication with gossip, it creates an environment where parents feel disrespected and uneasy. A daycare should be a safe, supportive place not just for children, but for families as well—and unfortunately, this place falls far short of that.

My baby has been attending this daycare since he was just 45 days old, and now at 12 months, I can confidently say it has been an excellent experience for our family. One of the things I value the most is the organization and cleanliness. The environment is always spotless, with a well-structured routine that provides stability for the children and peace of mind for parents. You can clearly see the commitment, professionalism, and high standards they maintain in the care and development of each child. Everything is thoughtfully planned to provide a safe and high-quality environment. I truly appreciate that they follow a daily curriculum where children learn through play and structured activities. They focus on essential areas such as social and emotional development, fine motor skills, and gross motor skills, supporting well-rounded growth from an early age. I also highly value that it is a completely screen-free environment. Children are always engaged in educational and fun activities that promote active learning. Another important detail is the attention to each child’s well-being, even in small things like ensuring they stay hydrated, especially during outdoor play. Receiving daily photos allows me to stay connected and see how my baby learns, plays, and grows, which means a lot to me. I have heard different experiences from other parents at other daycares, and it makes me appreciate even more the level of care, supervision, and dedication provided here, giving me great confidence every day. My baby is happy, has made significant developmental progress, and feels safe in his environment. As a mom, that is everything. Without a doubt, I would choose this place again and again. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, structured, clean, and high-quality environment for their child.

Both of my children have attended this daycare. I currently have my youngest enrolled since 2022. My son was only 3 months old when he began. I have a great deal of gratitude for this center. They have been wonderful and extremely patient with my son. They have helped him with potty training and survived his terrible twos 🥹. He is constantly learning new things. His is monitored thought the day and I am provided with a videos or picture of each activity. Their communication is exceptional!!! Highly recommend for anyone who is needing childcare and hesitant about the experience.

I couldn’t be happier with Promesas de Esperanza. My son has been attending since he was about 6 months old, and now at 3 years old, he absolutely loves going every day. The staff is incredible, especially Summer, and we’ve never had any issues. The care, the learning environment, and the love they show each child is amazing. We’re so grateful to have this place in our lives.

My grandchildren have always loved this daycare. They have been so helpful when we have had any concerns with the kiddos, and they have been so helpful when I have needed to step in for my daughter and help with drop off or pick up.
