My son has been attending since he was an infant, and he absolutely loves the teachers! The director and staff are so friendly, always smiling, and it’s clear how much they care about the children. I often come to pick him up, and it’s not uncommon for kids and parents who have attended before to stop by and say hello to their daycare teachers.
Armijo LeahJan 20, 2026Sarah, the director is a natural with the bebes. She makes sure they are greeted with pure attention and loving compliments. My baby leaves this daycare talkative with good energy 🥰 shoutout to all the teachers for caring and dedicating their time to leave a smile on my children’s faces.
RVTHIIIApr 2, 2025My daughter been coming here for 4 years now. I can’t imagine her anywhere else. All the girls are amazing in their own way. They’ve shown my daughter nothing but care, love, and respect. Thank you girls for taking such good care of my daughter it mines the world!
Sarah MartinezFeb 27, 2024I have been going to this daycare for years and I love it. My daughter loves this place and her teachers. Since Ive been taking my kids here for years now I’ve managed to make friends with some of the teachers here as well. They are very caring with all the children and are very great at communicating with us parents. Robins nest is a safe and fun place for our kids.
Yoselin LopezFeb 27, 2024Worst daycare center ever! My niece (who’s only 1) came home last Thursday 4/28/22 with a goose egg on her forehead. Directors failed to call her mom to let her know of a head injury.when mom picked her up at 5pm Note stated “she bumped her head on a shelf” (no way can a head bump cause a huge goose egg on a 1 year old). Mind you this happened in the morning and let the baby go to sleep! The director failed to call her mom, failed to talk to the mom when she picked up and failed to try to explain what had happen.. the director was rude as can be and Unprofessional. Baby was throwing up and lethargic and was taking to local hospital Saturday and diagnosed with a concussion! Parents both went to facility Monday morning and directors wouldn’t let them see footage of incident and was told to call “corporate “ mind you it’s a small private owned center. They gave them the run around and told them to call this number… they did and how funny the director called the parents back 30 minutes later and stated corporate will send the credit back in a check but still refused to let them see the video of the incident!!
Briana RojasMay 3, 2022Worst daycare in phoenix. Been asking for a transfer for a minute and nothing. I’ve had workers here stalk my social media, Ive had a worker call MY SON a disappointment for picking up a spray bottle , and spraying the classroom when that bottle should NEVER be put out as it is a SAFTEY HAZARD for children. Not only that the woman in the front never smiles , never welcomes parents. The office overall is unorganized, they call and let parents know that paperwork is up there , but upon arrival there is nothing. My son has been sent home so many times that I’m this month he has only been there about 6 days. That’s ABSURD! I had to miss an important interview since the daycare wouldn’t accept my son because he didn’t have his prescription. Again a prescription that the doctor NEVER ordered to leave at daycare. They are 3 capsules for at home in case of an emergency. I’ve repeated this many times , my doctor thought it was incredibly unprofessional. So pleaseee parents go to a daycare will they will actually pay attention to your children. And I’m a parent that says it since my son has 2 years in this daycare.
