Scottsdale United Methodist Daycare

We absolutely love and reccomend this daycare. We have multiple kids that attend and have all been enrolled since they were infants. The staff is so caring, the activities they plan for the children are awesome and our kids are thriving.

My questions are answered promptly, they are organized with my kids stuff even if I forget to get names written on it! The playground and garden is great. Teachers are engaged with the kids and I love the gifts and art they bring home. I appreciate the easy & close daycare only parking to get the kids in/out quick safely. Been there 4 years with 2 kids. Our speech therapist goes for visits with my kid and has repeatedly told me how great this daycare is compared to others in Scottsdale. Director genuinely cares about our speech progress. Great location and a hidden gem.

We are overjoyed we found a daycare for our child where the staff cares so deeply each and every child there. They are very active with our child and she comes home having learned something new every day. We went to a dozen or so different daycares and felt the staffs elsewhere were cold and relatively uninterested in the children from what we observed. We absolutely recommend Scottsdale Methodist Daycare.

Our boys have gone here for the past two years for their summer program, and it has been a great experience. I love that they let kids be kids! My boys love to explore and get dirty in the sandbox, and this is allowed and encouraged. Even though it is summer, they still have learned a lot of new things through art projects, science experiments, and through the kindergarten readiness program. Most importantly they have learned some great life skills like teamwork, caring about others, and solving problems. The teachers are very kind and greet the kids each morning with a smile on their faces! Thank you SUMC Preschool for two amazing summers! We hope to be back next year!
