Absolutely disgusting experience. BRANDY, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. There was ZERO basic phone etiquette and ZERO respect — honestly the worst possible first impression for any business. I politely asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge, and instead of helping, she hung up the call. That alone says everything about how this company treats potential clients. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If this is how they treat people before doing business, imagine what happens after. Avoid this place.
VJ B.Feb 10, 2026We've had three children attending Self Development Preschool for almost a year now—in the ones, twos, and fours classes—and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The teachers and staff are truly incredible. They're communicative, supportive, and go above and beyond every single day. Even during those challenging drop-off and pick-up moments when little ones don't want to transition, the staff is right there to help—they've even walked us out to our car on tough days. That level of care and understanding means everything to parents. The school creates wonderful experiences for families, including a fantastic Fall Festival, and they work with an amazing school photographer who captures precious moments beautifully. What stands out most to us is the consistency of the staff and teachers throughout our entire time here. In early childhood, having the same familiar, caring faces makes such a difference in children's sense of security and development. This consistency is rare and deeply valued. Self Development Preschool has been an invaluable support to our children and our entire family. We're so grateful for the nurturing environment they've created
kristin BoyerDec 11, 2025Did not have a good experience whatsoever. My child has special needs and received a lot of complaints throughout our entire time there. Definitely not an inclusive space, I'd never recommend.
Taylor JohnsonJun 26, 2024Ms. Jenn, Ms. Mickey, Ms. Beth and Ms. Amber Miller ROCK!! They do truly care for their kids and for other staff. They want the kids to learn but also they want them to have fun. Always looking for them and for their academic level. Such an awesome staff with these ladies !
Nancy MgApr 27, 2018Worst preschool ever. The staff doesnt maintain cleanliness in the facility. The place stinks urine and poop everyday. The rooms are muggy. Children get injured frequently. Everytime a i go there i see kids with bandages and bandaids. My kid everytime he goes there catches viral fever, ear infection severly and will not be able to go to school for a week. He falls sick that badly. The staff is tge worst staff ever. They are very unfriendly, irresposible, and stare at people. They dont change the diapers. When i go to get my kid by the time i come home urine is filled and trickles out of the diaper. They dont encourage kids to eat. If they dont show interest they dont even offer food to them. My kid comes home seriously starved. Very bad and worst facility ever.
