This Sunrise demonstrates serious negligence and disregard for children’s safety and well-being. The environment is unsanitary and poorly maintained, raising health concerns. Staff members have been described as verbally abusive, creating an emotionally harmful atmosphere. Additionally, the facility lacks accountability—incidents involving children are not properly tracked or explained, leaving parents in the dark. Despite having cameras, they are non-functional, allegedly to avoid oversight and conceal ongoing misconduct. Terrible school never would I ever recommend anyone to come here.
Ashley ElzyApr 30, 2026We have had many problems with this school. My daughter went into the upper preschool class because we were told she is ready to learn and get ready for kindergarten. She was already working on letters and numbers in the lower preschool class. Then she moves to the upper class and all learning stops and there is a sever lack of consistency in which teacher is in the class as well as what class they are in. Then there starts being a group of girls bullying my daughter. We mention this to the front desk staff and they say they will address it. Bullying continues. We talk to the director and she says she will address it. Bullying continues. We ask to meet with the director again because we're ready to call corporate. They tell us it's a new director. She asks for a chance to correct it. Two weeks later, nothing has changed and the bullying has escalated to physical assaults on my daughter but they are saying it's my daughter for not telling them anymore even though nothing happened before. I do not recommend unless you have no choice but to send your child(ren) here. There is no learning, they are in front of the tablet at the end of the day more often than not, there is no learning when they guarantee students will be ready for kindergarten, and they cannot and have refused to address bullying in their classrooms.
Hayley WonderlingApr 7, 2026Careful. They don’t check pick ups well out all. The times my wife was not able to pick up our son. I’ve walked right in grabbed him with no questions asked. On purpose to see if I would be stopped. Not once was I. Our one year old has came home a number of times with bruising on forehead. From being bumped to order room too soon. When balance wasn’t established yet. Today he had to be picked up because of an allergic reaction to eggs. Which was notified to the establishment. We are currently looking for other alternatives.
Jason CabantoyApr 3, 2026I really love this facility but Charlene (older lady who apparently has been there for over 2 years because she wouldn’t stop saying this) in infants (but floats) needs an attitude adjustment. She was YELLING at another employee in front of the children. To the point I reconsidered having my kids there. She’s a very knee jerk reaction type person and the sweet younger lady that was helping us while being yelled at by the older lady. She needs SERIOUS training before working with kids. She also slammed her fists on the table to make it known she’s mad. This scares children. Completely unacceptable. 5 stars is for everyone else. -10 stars for Charlene Update: we pulled our son and went to another daycare. When going to get his stuff one of the teachers was yelling at your poor kiddos to go to sleep and she’d eat ALL THE SNACKS if they didn’t go to sleep so they’d be hungry. Don’t work with kids if you have ego trips…. Appalling
Stetson PetersonOct 21, 2025I just want to take a moment to highlight how incredible the assistant director has been at our kids’ daycare. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and clear passion for early childhood education shine through in everything she does. She’s not only a great leader but also a kind and nurturing presence that the children absolutely adore. Whether it’s organizing activities, supporting the teachers, or checking in with parents, she handles everything with such grace and professionalism. It’s reassuring to know that someone so dedicated and compassionate is helping to lead the daycare—it really makes all the difference. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the Twos and School Age teachers—they are absolutely amazing! Their energy, patience, and creativity make every day fun and engaging for the kids. It’s clear how much they care, and we’re so thankful for the positive impact they have on our children’s growth and happiness. We feel so lucky to have such a wonderful team caring for our kids, and we’re incredibly grateful for the love and effort they put in every single day.
Bee McClaryMar 13, 2025I had a very negative experience with Sunrise Preschool, and frankly, I’m surprised they have such good ratings. my son was with Sunrise Preschool for 3 just months, and during that time, his class teacher changed so many times that I lost count. This constant rotation made it extremely difficult for my son to build any comfort or familiarity with his teachers. Many of the teachers were not welcoming, and I often saw children crying without receiving proper attention. My son started getting sick almost every other week with constant colds, fevers, and infections. As a result, he had to stay home frequently to recover, Additionally, the daycare often failed to provide accurate updates on his daily diet, and at times, the information shared was completely incorrect. The frequent teacher changes seemed to cause confusion and delay in properly transitioning updates and routines. On top of these issues, I decided to reduce my son’s attendance from 5 days to 4 days a week. The management initially agreed to adjust the charges accordingly, but when the full 5-day fee was still deducted, they denied making any changes, claiming their system couldn’t accommodate the adjustment. This poor management was incredibly frustrating. With my son falling sick so often and the ongoing issues, I had no choice but to pull him out of the daycare. Our experience with Sunrise Preschool was nothing but disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it to any parent.
