  • Our experience overall was very disappointing. The only person who consistently showed kindness, professionalism, and genuine care was one of the directors. Unfortunately, nearly every other staff member I interacted with came across as impatient, unwelcoming, or dismissive. Many of the staff appeared to be quite young, and my experience left me feeling that some lacked the patience, compassion, and communication skills that are so important when working with young children and their families. My son has some behavioral challenges, and I never felt like there was a collaborative effort to help him succeed. Rather than discussing strategies or creating a plan together, I was often met with hostility and rudeness. When my child is spending eight hours a day in someone else’s care, I expect us to work as a team. Parents and teachers should be partners in helping a child thrive, not adversaries. Another disappointment was the lack of communication throughout the day. The parent app was rarely updated, so I often had no idea what my child was doing, how he was behaving, whether he had eaten, or how his day was going. As a parent, especially when your child is in someone else’s care for most of the day, those updates provide reassurance and help keep parents involved. I expected much more consistent communication. Additionally, one of the teachers was introduced in a way that prompted questions about gender identity. I respect that every family has different perspectives on these topics, but it’s not a conversation we’re ready to have with our four-year-old. We believe those discussions should happen at home, when our child is older and developmentally ready. Because of that, this preschool was not the right fit for our family. For nearly $300 a week, I expected a nurturing, supportive environment with open communication, respect, and a willingness to partner with parents. Sadly, that was not our experience, and I cannot recommend this preschool to other families.

  • My infant has been there almost 6 months and it has been a wonderful experience. All the teachers (especially Bailee, Neveah, and Tabitha) are amazing and so caring for all the children. And the directors Michelle and Diana are amazing and understanding. Thank you for being awesome

  • I loved my son’s teachers they were so caring, and I could tell they loved my baby. I never once thought he wasn’t being cared for. Genuinely SADDEN I have to take my child out of there. He was making friends and the development being able to interact with kids his age was so nice. I do want to leave a warning regarding the school’s management of payments. It is highly disorganized leaving my family to scramble for child care. When asked when payment is due and how much, I was told numerous times it’s up to me when and how much those payments are obviously as long as the monthly payment is made. Which seemed odd to me but I was reassured It was fine. This morning after 3 months at this school, I’m messaged that I have to make weekly payments even though I have already shared my financial situation and that I get paid the 15th and the last day of the month. I expressed my concerns, and upset for the major inconvenience this has caused and received numerous dry unempathetic responses. This isn’t even mentioning that I was shared twice last week resulting in a huge issue with my finances. The reviews are also regarding issues they are with other families finances, so please take my warning since I over looked them. And I’m sure I’ll get the least empathic response to this review that has no resolution like the others . Please take your child else where if you don’t have extra funds to play with :)

  • My child attended this daycare for about a year and a half. Overall, the teachers were dedicated and caring — especially Miss Mattie and Miss Natasha. Under Miss Mattie’s guidance, my daughter adapted well to the classroom environment, and Miss Natasha even bought hair accessories with her own money so my daughter could have beautiful hairstyles every day. However, the administration of this center is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Although the Director has a degree in early childhood education, her communication is poor and her explanations about fees and policies are unclear. When my child was still adjusting to the new environment, the Director called and asked us to pick her up at noon because she was crying — yet the teachers’ daily feedback said she was doing fine. We were still charged the full-time tuition for those days. And, after being on the waitlist for three months, we finally followed up and were suddenly told we could start right away — during the last week of December. What they didn’t mention was that the registration fee is charged per calendar year, so we ended up paying an extra $100 for just that single week. The worst experience happened in my child’s final week. My credit card was declined for an unknown reason, but the Director never notified me immediately as stated in their Parent Handbook. Instead, she kept retrying the payment multiple times, adding several $35 transaction fees each time — without ever explaining the situation. When I finally noticed the issue through my bank, she simply added all the fees to my tuition balance instead of communicating honestly. Finally, the Parent Handbook clearly says children will not be given tablets to watch videos, but I saw some teachers allowing kids to watch iPads during class. Even after I raised this concern with the Director, nothing changed — which makes me think she allows it. In summary: The teachers are wonderful and truly care about the children, but the management is careless, misleading, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this center to parents who value transparency, communication, and consistency.

  • Love Sunrise! The teachers are attentive, patient, and kind. Our son loves coming each morning and loves his teachers! There is a set curriculum for each classroom, and the teachers allow time for going outside weather permitting. They are aware of our son’s needs and always communicate to us when there’s been an incident. I appreciate their insights on how to help our son learn to be kind and play with others. It takes a village, and I’m grateful this school is a part of ours!
