One of the most low down unprofessional day cares to ever to exist. My child was treated like a dog here. I would pick him up with marks, bruises and even a bloody nose with zero answers and even had to tell them to write a reports on whats happening to him. Ms Lilly , Lula , Vanessa all terrible teachers. Zero accountability on any issue they "Couldnt see" mind you every class has cameraa ADHS is immediately being notified about this daycare. Not to mention one of the staff members treats that place as a potential dating spot. So unprofessional. When I told the director what kind of business are you running I couldn't even get a real answer besides "I can't see everything" while shes under nearly dozens of cameras. director (yulizza) didn't present an action plan before unenrolling my child in less then a week. A week prior we agreed on a smart steps plan. his unenrollment began on the very day smart steps was supposed to come in. to evaluate the teachers. This is a serious issue. an ADHS issue that will soon be addressed cause I never want a child to receive the treatment mine did. Don't bother talking to there corporate office go straight to the state (ADHS). My child had blood all over his nose one time and they didn't even make an incident report until I told them too. They don't care about DES children I already saw one of the reviews saying a similar experience and that was a single mother. A serious investigation needs to be conducted top to bottom. I highly recommend avoiding this daycare ESPECIALLY if your DES. 0 out of 5 stars. and remember if your having a problem don't talk to the supervisor or director go straight to the state.
Omar BernalApr 9, 2026Their solution to a child acting out is to remove him from the school. Their response to a two-year-old opening a door—while under the supervision of four teachers—is to send him home. Do children not have conflicts with one another? Since when is the correct answer to disenroll a child simply because he requires more attention? This is a child who has already been through a great deal, coming from a broken home, and he is only two years old. At that age, occasional struggles with other children are completely normal. Instead of addressing those challenges, you choose to avoid them entirely. It is deeply concerning how little effort is being made to support and guide the children in your care. Your role is to nurture them, to teach them right from wrong, and to provide stability while their parents are working. That responsibility should not be optional. From my perspective, there is also a troubling level of favoritism within this daycare. A large number of staff members have their own children enrolled, and it raises serious questions about whether all children are being treated fairly and equally. I cannot recommend this facility to any parent. The lack of accountability, care, and professionalism is unacceptable—especially in an environment that is supposed to prioritize the well-being and development of young children.
Walter RandolphApr 1, 2026We’ve had a great experience here. Ms. Yuliza and Ms. Briana made the transition so easy and really helped me feel comfortable. My baby loves his teachers, Ms. Valerie and Ms. Chelsey, it’s clear they truly care. The daycare is clean, communication is great, and I love seeing picture updates. I feel confident knowing my baby is in good hands while I’m at work and that he’s well taken care of.
Haley IsomFeb 27, 2026Ms. Chelsey in the infant room is the best, I always feel so comfortable seeing her face in the mornings as my son is 10 months old and when he sees her - his face shows it all. 💕
