I was waiting for the bus on a very hot day and I walked over to the business where there was shade from a beautiful Mesquite tree to get out of the sun I was there 5-10 min. When the owner of 😊Sweet p’s pre-Kc🙃 came out to tell me I couldn’t be standing there under the shade I had to move so here I am back in the hot sun🥵
Fernando MejiaAug 16, 2026To Paula, After two years of trusting you with my son, I am withdrawing him from your daycare because my trust in you and your business has been completely destroyed. This decision was built on a pattern of unprofessional and deeply disappointing experiences, not a single event. The first was when I paid my tuition in cash, yet my payment was not being counted toward my balance and no one would show me how to use the online portal. I was told you wouldn’t count my money towards the balance until “you felt like it”forcing me to miss work and income so I could care for my child. Rather than contacting me privately, you sent a message to your staff group chat—one that I originally created to encourage accountability and communication, not realizing I was still a member—telling everyone that my son would not be allowed back until I paid money that was already in your possession. You also made it clear that you had no interest in hearing any explanation from me or your loving staff. I was being shamed and humiliated over your accounting mistake. Then came the loss of the incredible teachers who made your daycare special. Ashley, Michelle, Whitney, Emily, and Cookie loved my son and made families feel safe and welcome. When they all walked away, it spoke volumes. I stayed because my son loved his friends, but the daycare was never the same. The environment became disorganized, cluttered, and a shadow of what it had once been. The final straw was watching my vehicle be towed from your parking lot without any posted warning after I had left it there for only a short time. I was falsely accused of parking there since 8:00 a.m., forced to pay $150 while my car sat on the tow truck, and recorded against my will by the towing company while I was visibly distressed. Through all of it, you stood by without advocating for me, offering a solution, or showing the slightest sense of loyalty to a family that had supported your business for two years. Instead, you cried as though you were the victim while I, a single mother, was left to carry the financial burden, humiliation, and stress completely alone. That moment confirmed everything I had been feeling for a long time: your business no longer treats families with the professionalism, compassion, or respect they deserve. I refuse to continue supporting a business where I feel disrespected, dismissed, and disposable. Your constant half hearted attempts are so transparent and not enough. I am absolutely sharing my experience so other Tucson families can make informed decisions before placing their trust in your care.

Terry MontanoMay 27, 2026I became kinship for two littles last minute. The owner Paula, and all of her staff were so welcoming and sensitive to what the kids were going through. The facility is clean, the daycare is structured, and the children are learning. They are thriving now with the help of this team, when no one else helped. Words cants express my love and appreciation for this center. Thank you.
Kay KayMar 21, 2026My kids struggled with other daycares and were even kicked out of one before we found Sweet Ps. Paula the owner is super easy to work with and truly cares deeply for every single kid at the school. The teachers there really love my kids and it shows in their care. Michelle, Ashley, Whitney, Cookie, Emily, are all of our favorites. Parenting hasn’t come easy to me and I’ve also been fortunate in meeting everyone at Sweet Ps because they have taught me so much about parenting and child development. It’s been fun watching my kids learn and grow and I can’t say how grateful I am for this daycare.
Kelly BowmanNov 5, 2025My two kids go to Sweet P's and they love it. I toured the facility with Michelle. She was very welcoming and so friendly. I knew right after the tour that my kids were going here. It felt right and ever since I knew the decision was the right one. All the teachers that help my kids are awesome too.
