My son has been cared for by Tender Hearts for nearly three months, and the difference they have made for our family has been incredible. Before coming here, he had very limited and uncomfortable childcare experiences, which made transitions especially difficult. From the very beginning, Tender Hearts created a calm, welcoming environment where he is surrounded by teachers who genuinely care about him. They went above and beyond to support his adjustment by allowing shorter days at first. Now, they permit his comforting snacks and a small toy from home daily. Their attentiveness to his individual needs has helped him feel safe and confident, and they are now even supporting him through potty training, which has been such a relief and a milestone for us. Communication has been wonderful. We receive consistent updates through Brightwheel, including photos, meal updates, and diaper or potty notifications. Seeing those unexpected pictures of my son happy and engaged during the day always brings a smile to my face and gives me peace of mind. The center itself is extremely clean and well cared for. The toys are impressively organized, the classrooms are tidy, and the overall upkeep of the space reflects how much pride and care they take in providing a safe and nurturing environment. The staff at Tender Hearts truly feels like family. We are so grateful for the care, patience, and love they show our son, and we look forward to continuing his care with them.
Briana LynnJan 15, 2026Tender Hearts has created a wonderful learning environment for children. My son is one going on two, and they have made him feel more than welcome. Taking care of him comforting him helping him learn his milestones. He has had a lot of very positive outcomes now that he’s in Childcare. They really do care about your children and how they’re doing, what makes him happy what makes him smile. They always make sure to keep you updated with their online app system that they use. They take pictures of your children throughout the day that are only viewable by you and the Daycare. So you can get updates on your child throughout their entire day when they get changed, the snacks and food that they eat throughout the day and all their activities that they do day in and a day out. It’s a wonderful Daycare I would 100% recommend.

The staff is so caring, patient, and genuinely engaged with the children every day. It’s a warm, safe, and positive environment where the kids are excited to learn and come home happy.
